酒店位置很方便，离圣马可广场不远，附近几条小街购物、吃饭也都很方便。缺点就是没有电梯，房间设施比较古老。但服务人员真的很热情，我们一行人好多个大箱子都帮我们拎到房间了。早餐不算丰富，但饱腹还是没问题的。再去威尼斯还会考虑选择这里。

The location is excellent- very quiet at night. The staff were very kind and very helpful! Breakfast is good. AC was a relief on a hot day. But the walls/floors are thin and we were woken up very early every morning by noise within the hotel. But overall it is a very good hotel

Very central Venice location. Take the water taxi there for easy access. Breakfast has many variety. Strongly recommended.

Guest services desk was very helpful and they are adding an elevator (we missed it by a week) so that will be great. Nice location.

The staff was excellent, the room great. The location was in the middle of San Marco, which is what we wanted.

とてもクラシカルなホテル。サンマルコ寺院、スーパーマーケットのいずれからも近く、非常に便利。歯ブラシが付いている点は非常によかった。朝食は普通。

The staff was helpful in getting a water taxi. The location is a bit difficult to access. Some amenities were lacking, I would rate the hotel as three star not four.

Conveient Location

Great location. Dark room, overrun breakfast area. Venetian “no aircon” rules in October meant tons of mosquitoes or very high room temperature…

This is the worst hotel. The front desk gave me the worst ever service ever in my life. I tried to book a car to take me to train station two days ahead and they tell me it’s very easy and simple then they bring me the car late I didn’t catch my train Because of the front desk employee cost me €400 plus I lost my ticket that I purchased before €300 my advice to Expedia to take out this hotel from their list.
