The hotel is a good kid-friendly hotel. It has plenty to do for kids ages 4 to 16. I would not recommend for couples without kids. Food was awful. Service was not great. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very few lifeguards on duty. Not enough food options. They use food trucks around the property but most of the time they couldn't supply enough food to cover the visitor's in the area of the hotel they were covering. We were there during a peak week and they had some services not operational. The amount of staff trying to sell time shares was excessive and annoying.

Gorgeous Property. Food and Drinks was good for an all inclusive. The only thing was The club was closed during the week during the busiest time of the yr College Spring break. That was annoying tbh. But it was great overall.

Great location with a lot of things to do. Highly recommend.

Tons of options for our family of 4 - pools, activities, food! Perfect with high school age kids. We loved our stay! One note - if you are planning to use the foldout couch as a bed, ours was extremely uncomfortable, one of the worst we've ever seen! Definitely not an option, we will book bigger beds in the future! Still worth it!

They should fumigate the restaurant areas. At Zen, we saw a cockroach while we were waiting in the teppanyaki area. We let the manager and waitress know. Everything is fine with the hotel, but they should fumigate to control pests.

The property is too big.

All great. Service people need to be nicer, faster and more efficient. Sometimes slow.

Amazing place tons of food options the alcohol is great quality and the staff is super nice and friendly The toro restaurant was one of our favorites (the short ribs are to die for) and the manager victor bobadilla was so nice and accommodating to me and my family

The staff did not help us with choosing dining and excursions. There was no info presented to us like other guest received. We were cut by multiple people at check in and stuff knew it and allowed it to happen with no apology or reasoning.

Es la segunda vez que visito Hard Rock Punta Cana y seguiría visitándolo siempre, ya sea en parejas, amigos o familia. Hoy me tomo el tiempo de escribir un review, porque este hotel y empleados merecen ser elogiados. Vale la pena CADA centavo que pagamos. En particular tengo que mencionar al mesero de la piscina RAMÓN, es el puro ejemplo de excelente servicio, calidad, desprendimiento. Por otro lado mencionó las atenciones de los someliers De La Rosa del Restaurante El Toro; el del restaurante Zen y el del Restaurante italiano. El spa tienen excenlentes terapiastas, me tocó Susana y tiene manos santas.

I thought the food could have been better. Some of the fruit had mold. There was a random wild dog in the lazy river. They needed an indoor pool.

Todo muy bien. Solo puedo decir que en la nevera del cuarto no estava a nivel de 5 Estrella. Unas soda y unas cervecitas solamente

Poor check in / check out process You have families who come off long flights, at least try to make them feel welcome! We were supposed to be directed to the legendary check in process however this did not happen which is blessing. On the 1st full morning of our stay, we were invited for a briefing! This constitutes a sales person selling the hard rock hotels & wider group hotel package! This sales person joined my family and I for breakfast; my 6 year old was so confused why this occurred & referenced this as the worst part of the holiday. For the next 90 mins, 4 employees of the legendary scheme tried to sell us the package & then has the cheek to ask me why I didn’t want to sign up. Unbelievably poor experience! The facilities, the hotel, the Isla restaurant, the soft-play are brilliant! The buggy service was a god send too! You need to teach some members of your staff to provide a service, stop selling & listen.
