everything was execellent

This hotel is an odd experience. On a beautiful small island, it is a giant architectural eyesore. We stayed here as there are not a lot of choices. But the hotel is a few km outside of Vila Do Porto, is huge, soulless and not particularly welcoming. It’s like a giant concrete lot where they park all the island visitors. They advertise a fitness center as part of the hotel. It is in the same building but not associated and they charge you €7.50 a visit. It’s tiny and was crowded when I tried to go. Not worth it. The staff at the hotel were nice enough, the included breakfast is nice enough. But if you can find a more authentic place to stay on the island, go there instead.

All around great hotel. One interesting thing is in the apartment suites they don’t have the AC in the bedroom only in the living room When it gets hot that AC in the bedroom comes in pretty handy

Hotel excelente com vista mar!

Pros: easy to park, comfy room and sofas in common areas, next to diving centre, good views from room. Cons: most disappointing breakfast ever, same thing every day, tasteless eggs and cheese, no vegetables, very limited vegetarian options (don’t stay there if you’re vegan), gym is paid extra as is pool table. I wouldn’t guess this was a 4 star hotel, defo not value for money.

Outdoor pool space was very pleasant

Habitación algo anticuada pero correcta con vistas bonitas. Piscina enorme muy buena. Desayuno escaso para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, muy poca fruta.

Point positif : Les femmes de ménage étaient très sympathique et le ménage impeccable . L’hôtel est confortable . Le point négatif : le petit déjeuner (pas de proposition pour les sans gluten) . Et lorsque vous mangez sur place au bar , il manque les 3/4 des choses pourtant inscrites sur la carte. Vous demandez un verre de vin blanc on vous répond qu’il n’y en a plus ! Pour le jour du départ on nous propose le petit déjeuner à emporter, il manquait les fruits (proposés pourtant par eux) et quand je l’ai fait remarqué à la personne de l’accueil, il n’a pas cherché à rectifier il à simplement dit qu’il n’y avait plus de fruit ! Soit il y a vraiment un problème de gestion des stocks dans cet hôtel , soit le personnel de l’accueil et de la cuisine ne veulent pas s’embêter … quoi qu’il en soit il manque un vrai manager ! Heureusement que le club de plongée est excellent car nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la plongée.

Estadia tranquila sen nada de negativo a apontar. Pequeno Almoço variado e apartamento amplo no entanto, fica a ressalva, existem instalações modernizadas o que valoriza ainda mais a unidade hoteleira

Great stay. Comfortable rooms and good service. The outside of the building looked run-down, but the interior was good. Parking was not clearly marked.
