Stayed 3N in March. Clean & spacious Appartment. Mini-grocery, Bar & Resto within the Resort. 10mins walk access to beach. Around 6km to Old Town.

Lovely staff, booked an apartment as we were travelling with a baby and it was so convenient. Great amenities and fantastic breakfast available if wanted. Very enjoyable relaxing stay

Our view of the roof was a bit disappointing. But everything else was beautiful.

Cleaning staff did not clean kitchen area

Vi havde ikke undersøgt så meget om stedet da vi bookede - vi valgte på baggrund af lokation, gode anmeldelser og tæt på strand og by. Vi blev ærligt lidt blæst bagover da vi ankommer. Det her sted er SÅ dejligt! Hele atmosfæren på stedet er fantastisk og det er så mange hyggelige kroge overalt. Fodboldbanen var et kæmpe hit for vores 2 drenge og generelt var der så hyggelig stemning på banen og børn der blev venner mens de spillede sammen. Der er grønt og flot overalt og vi fik lidt campingplads vibe, som er så hyggelig en vibe - men bare i en luksus udgave. Det var off season så vi kunne ikke bade ude, men alle de forskellige pools og vandrutchebaner mm lignede et kæmpe hit når varmen ægte rammer. Der var også den hyggeligste legeplads og generelt kunne vi bruge lang tid på resortet. Turen til stranden var meget hyggelig og man blev hver gang ramt af et spektakulært syn med den smukkeste udsigt. Standen er fantastisk og kan virkelig anbefale gåturen hen til Olhos de Água, som har den hyggeligste lille promenade og fantastisk is. Vores lejlighed (Prestige) var lys, pæn og rummelig. Terrassen var helt fantastisk og vi havde sol næsten hele dagen og læ, så vi kunne sole, selvom vejret var lidt køligt. Sengene var også virkelig gode og hotellet gav os et værelse med badekar, som var et stort hit til vores drenge - tusind tak for det! :) Alt i alt havde vi et fantastisk ophold og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage!

My overall impression of our stay at this hotel is mixed. On the positive side, I appreciated the setting, the cleanliness, and the spaciousness of the aparthotel. However, several issues affected our comfort. We stayed from January 4 to January 12, 2026. At the beginning of our stay, we were assigned an apartment on the ground floor. After three nights, we requested a room change because the beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. We were then relocated to an apartment on the second floor. One of the main concerns I would like to highlight is the ventilation in the apartment. There was a significant humidity problem in the bathroom, despite the presence of windows. The floor and walls remained wet for a long time after use, and I nearly slipped one night while going to the bathroom. Additionally, the view from the bedroom overlooked the garbage bins at the back of the building (see attached photos), which was disappointing. Finally, at check-out, no one asked us for feedback about our stay, which felt unprofessional. I am therefore using this survey to bring these issues to management’s attention, in the hope that improvements can be made.

I understand sports teams are probably a profit machine for this hotel but if parents are not going to control 20 8 and under children from running around the buffet touching all the food staff should intervene These few kids made 100 others miserable. Would not stay here again

The room was clean and the employee was nice and very helpful. Will diffinitely coming back soon!

Room was clean and well equipped kitchen had good level of cutlery and crockery. Staff were helpful. Didnt realise needed cap for indoor pool. Parking was quite busy off season in November so cant imagine what it woukd be like in the summer! Easy walk to beach, about 15-20 min walk to stretch with restaurants and bars. About 1 hour walk to Albufeira itself.

Fantastiskt rum med bra utrustning, jättetrevlig och service vänlig personal, fint poolområde. Ser fram emot att åka dit igen.

Very nice clean modern apartment, the staffs are all very helpful and friendly, amazing service, welcome drinks, my kids got given a colouring book, the hotel has a kids club , washer dryer in the apartment was a plus point , Loccitane 's toiletries. Heated jacuzzi and outdoor pool which kids have access to from 8-10am is a bonus but would be nicer if could extend until 11am :). Would definitely come back again, we have stayed at quite a number of 5 stars hotels, but this one by far has the best customer service.

The apartment was big and clean. The resort is massive, tons of pools and the greenery well maintained. Close to the beach - beautiful walk. Breakfast was good, but the buffet dinner was a huge letdown, we canceled our half board and ate somewhere else.

Vi är mer än nöjda, reste med barn som är 8 och 11 och allt var perfekt. Fint område med massor av pooler, grönytor, restauranger etc. Ligger precis vid stranden bara en kort trappa ner så är man på stranden. Supermarket på området.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr schönen Außenanlagen. Das Essen ist top, hier muss man Halbpension buchen. Idealer Standort, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen.
