It's comfortable but the check in and check out process experience is the worst I had ever stayed before. They can't find my booking record and explain it's hotel.com's fault. We spent a lot of time to confirm the booking record. And then, after I checked out, I found they charged me additional fee $2700 but I don't know why. When I would like to ask them why the fee happened, I received the refund message from my credit card bank. I am not an american, so the credit card bank would charge me service fee. It's so bad experience I had to pay the service fee and I don't what's happened.

I enjoyed my stay.

Shower was banged up with cracks in wall and handle fell off when I grabbed it.

Was not very clean. Took shoes off and walked on floor and my feet were sticking to fhe floor. I saw housekeeping in the hallway and ask if she would mop for us. She gladly did so.

The location was good, The rooms electric blinds did not work and on our 2nd day our tv picture became very dark. This was reported but no results.

The property is close to Live Casino and a big shopping mall. Is also cross the street to Medieval times where you can enjoy Medieval times show.12 minutes away from BWI International Thurgood Marshall airport.Friendly staff and quality breakfast is provided for free.

The hotel is NOT clean. It smells stale and the hall smells like urine. The walls are dirty and the furniture is old with scratches and dings. The Tv was average and the remote did not have working batteries. The furniture and surfaces were not wiped down properly. So, I went to the local Walmart and bought Lysol wipes and spray. I asked a housekeeper to come to my room while she was making rounds and she never came. Me and my children never slept under the covers because that's how uncomfortable we felt. The couch and computer chair was dirty with stains. Last but not least I requested a 1 bedroom suite and upon arrival I was told that my room was given away. So, I was downgraded to a regular room with 2 queen sized beds. I was rightfully upset but I was compensated for the mistake. The manager attempted to make things right. So, that was greatly appreciated. However it wasn't enough to make me want to stay. I left after 2 nights and was suppose to stay 4. Overall, the property needs updates, better cleaning regulations, and better management of how rooms are kept and reserved. If these things occurred it would be a nice property. It's close to shopping, restaurants, etc....and the rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.

My two toddlers and I had a great time. Our room was large with every single amenity. There was a double burner to cook, dishwasher, full sized fridge, sink, microwave, and countertop with dishes, complimentary tea/coffee with hot water maker. Shower was an awesome size, along with our 2 beds and sofa. The sofa was not a pull out. The highlight for me was that the incidentals were on $50 per night and the BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME! We visited twice In one week! Oh and they have a POOL AND BAR AREA! Pool is indoor and very much fun.

The room was clean and spacious. We like the in-room kitchen as a means to "eat in" and save some money for other things on our trip. The hotel breakfast is very good and nice hot options, with a yogurt bar. Property is right next to some serious shopping, and the freeway to easily get to other places. And the room comes at a very nice price.

Everything was great except Complimentary Breakfast was awful, Everything was cold every single thing egss. sausage and potatoes super cold ... hotel was beautiful but they have to work makong sure breakfast its at least warm!

False advertisement. The entire stay was uncomfortable. The beds are uncomfortable. Room was disgusting and bathroom had no vents. Blinds were dirty and stains on furniture. Lights on night stand was not working. Would not recommend at all!
