Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was good. Room was clean and parking was great for our tall van.

The staff if friendly and I love the location . One thing I didn’t like as much is that I feel the property needs to be updated . The bathrooms definitely need to be updated

The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The hotel is situated on the malecon near the historic center of Campeche, thus making it very convenient to explore the town by foot.

It is a comfortable place, very clean, good breakfast, but a little dated. I would definitely stay there again. Very nice friendly people. Nice walk to the beautiful historic center and very close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The plunge pool was nice as were the hotel public areas. I did however have a problem at check in. I had booked a room with a queen but received 2 double beds. Went back to reception and informed them and then was put in a room with 1 double bed. I have a feeling someone from the 2 bus tours that arrived got my room. To avoid the frustration I just stayed in the single. The room I was in only had a TV and air conditioning. No mini fridge, coffee maker or microwave. Maybe if I had been put in the room I booked my experience would have been better. Is this hotel worth the $125 CAD a night I paid for it. Nope! Not even close.

Excelente hotel. Muy bien ubicado, frente al Malecon y muy cerca del centro de Campeche. Muy bonito, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Poco ruido y staff muy amable. El estacionamiento muy conveniente tambien.

hotel its scam on the picture that it show on and google location its wrong customer service won't answer the phone I have today an other reservation in an other hotel because its not lights or sing that are you can see on the night that's why they use not reimbursable in that way if are you not lucky to find welcome to spend money in and other hotel and hotels.com wont do nothing check goole maps location before are you do a reservation and are you will see

Very good, there was a small problem with the internet but the staff rapidly corrected this situation. We will recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you

We liked everything, just not that we had to wear masks

Have stayed here for 10 years. Used to be great, 5 stars. Now, shower door leaks a lot onto bathroom floor. Needs silicone. Mold around A/C ceiling area. Hardly any hot water during peak morning hours 7-9 am. Water pressure weak at all times. Hotel used to have a shuttle van service to downtown or wherever you wanted to go. Not this trip, had to call and wait for taxi. Room key had to be re-set daily at front desk. This has been an issue during past stays. Staff is still always available and very friendly. Services and maintenance are falling behind. Mattresses in 233 are worn out and uncomfortable. Was told property is under new management. Wish it was maintained and operated like 5-10 years ago.

Don’t get fooled by the name “Ocean View Hotel.” You probably won’t get a a room with an ocean view.

My wife and I spent a few days here in August of 2021. The hotel was right on the malicon (boardwalk) and close to restaurants, stores and entertainment. The hotel was clean, and in good shape, with a beautiful pool. The hotel is not new and it shows a little, but the staff is what really shines. The workers at this hotel were so nice and polite and helpful. They took us to centro in the hotel van at no cost, and did everything they could to make our stay as nice and memorable as possible. If you have to have a freshly updated bathroom, or a refrigerator in your room, maybe there is a better hotel for you, but I am sure that no other hotel has nicer people than the Ocean View.

La habitación en buen estado y limpia. Demasiado pequeña para mi gusto. El personal amable y con buena disposición. El único inconveniente es que se escuchan las otras habitaciones como si estuvieran en la propia.
