Very comfortable bed. Hotel is easy to access.

Everything was great!

Good: clean, comfortable bed, quiet, parking. Not good: one slow and noisy elevator, took a couple minutes to get hot water for the shower, breakfast was staffed by one person who had trouble keeping up.

Clean, wondeful breakfast, friendly, welcoming desk staff.

This is the best Holiday Inn and hotel in general we’ve stayed at all year. We travel often and always love a great place to stay. Super quiet and in a great area close to Indy. Super plus there is a Cracker Barrel a block away!

Charged 100 for incidentals and check out was not put back on. Slow credit

This was a bit of a disappointment based on other user reviews. The elevator had several pieces of trash in it and made a god awful noise that could be heard down the hallway. Our room had a refrigerator that malfunctioned loudly all night and had to be unplugged. On a plus note the breakfast was out early and was great and the staff was friendly.

This hotel did provided all that we needed with high cleaniness and quality.

Checked in. The front desk lady wasn’t the friendliest and made up stories. Telling me that people day $1k or more for rooms at this hotel. Had to borrow money to bloat the extremely high security deposit and because I don’t have the funds I told her I needed a few minutes. After asking friends for 5/10 minutes she said she was going to have to kick me out if I didn’t have the funds cause she thought I was squatting even though she saw my reservation. She also said her manager called saying we’d have to leave but the funny this is the phone never went off as I was 5 feet away from her. Will not be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice variety of foods, but the coffee was lukewarm, and the gravy for the biscuits was barely room temperature.
