Facing the golf course water foundation is nice. However, there was a body hair on one do the bed and the air conditioner was too noisy at night. The waterside in the pool was very fast, some kids found it very fun but some found found it quite intimidating. The waffle in the breakfast is yummy.

The breakfast is good and nice! The location is perfect! But hotel cannot provide Anti-Slip Rubber Bath Tub Mat is disappointing, actually very dangerous for all people, my son slipped down when step in the tub and I also nearly fell.

I booked this property because of the waterslide and little water park area. The room was very clean. The mattress was softer than I usually sleep on. The breakfast was fresh and always full. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had already checked out but I forgot something and the staff at the desk immediately went and got it for me. The Hotel was warm and inviting. Newer hotel. We had a large room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from, but we missed having sliced bread for toast.

Overall it was a great experience. I would have given it 5 star only my shower floor looked a little unclean there was a few brown spots and my shower head water flow was too low maybe time to change the shower head water but everything else was great.

The breakfast is ok if you like bad coffee and rubbery eggs. Good for free I guess. The front desk only has one person working and it was very slow. The room had a very bad chemically musty smell. I'd never stay here again.

A great hotel

The staff were great. The room was right for us. My only complaint was the shampoo and conditioner were not refilled and i did not bother to ask coz we are only staying overnight. The pool was cold and there was no towel in the area. Breakfast was okay, kids get to make their own waffles. Will book on this property again for sure.

Breakfast was okay. Very busy we had to go up to our room to eat. Ran out of food. Bed was not good. We asked for our shower head to be cleaned because it wasn't flowing properly. Did not do a very good job. Couch was not comfortable to sit on either I was a little disappointed when we arrived the lady greeted me and then went on her phone and took a bit to check in. When you spend that much money on a hotel you think everything should be top notched. There was some sort of sport team there. When we left on Thursday night for supper young kids were running around playing with the coffee pots thermos, cups all over the floor. We came back to go back to our room and got into the elevator with some teenagers and the ones outside the elevator wouldn't let the elevator leave they kept pressing the button. Just very frustrated

Lack of towels at the pool. Front desk checking staff was not professional and checking in and out took way longer than needed. We had a full paid for booking prior arrival and yet the staff took forever to get us a suitable room

Breakfast area is too small and very congested. Because of the congestion the breakfast options were not well maintained by staff. This is less a staff issue and more a management issue. If they want want their staff to be successful, the need to provide a reasonable sized breakfast area and ensure the options are refilled quickly.

Hotel overall was good, no towels at pool, Asked for more and none sent. Breakfast was decent, busy because of it. Beds were great, overall good stay. Kids loved the slide and pool.
