Facing the golf course water foundation is nice. However, there was a body hair on one do the bed and the air conditioner was too noisy at night. The waterside in the pool was very fast, some kids found it very fun but some found found it quite intimidating. The waffle in the breakfast is yummy.

Great hotel, seems new, plenty of parking. Decent breakfast and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was comfortable, TVs are massive and the bed is plush. The walls seem thin though, we heard our neighbours next door (and kids in the hallway) until the late hours of the night.

The breakfast area was well stocked and fresh. The staff were all friendly. There was aways enough staff to help out customers. Beautiful clean hotel.

Pool and hot tub are very nice, especially if you have kids. The fitness room was great, all you need for a solid workout and it’s open 24/7. Only had breakfast once, average options but over all, quite nice. Room was spacious, A/C worked perfectly, modern smart tv, big shower, not the best pressure but that’s expected in a hotel. Best feature for me was being steps away from the golf course. Friendly staff members. Only reason why I did not give it a 5 star review is, every single towel I received in my room, had a few long hairs attached, might not be a big deal to some, but for me, it is quite gross, not the end of the world but just unpleasant for me. Overall, I had a great stay, would definitely come back.

Full breakfast was wonderful. Coffee pretty good as well. There was no gluten free bread. Thankfully we brought our own. Also no lactose free yogurt. There were alternate milks but would have been great if lactose free yogurt was available in request.

Always clean and quiet with good, simple breakfast

We loved our stay. I didn't realize I had booked in West Kelowna and was a little disappointed when I saw the location. The property is very clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was a hit as well. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast had a good selection and staff Cherry and the other Asian gentleman was very knowledgeble and helpful all the time. Reception is very casual and always looking at the screen all the time, rarely acknowledging customer unless you ask.
