The room was bigger than average hotels in Tokyo, and it was only 5 minutes away from Metro Marunouchi Line.

The staff was very friendly & the room was very clean!

Friendly staff. Coin laundry is a plus. Shinjuku Gyoen is within walking distance, we came at the right time during cherry blossom season. Lots of convenience stores near the hotel. Minus: limited space for a family of 4 just like most accommodations in Japan.

Good room, location. Only breakfast is limited, food range should be improved.

The staffs were really nice and helpful. They even helped us to send our luggage. Room was quite big for a Tokyo room.

a little bit far to reach metro station but use bus no.61 in front of the hotel to shinjuku station. amazing hotel, can cook inside, very spacey for Tokyo. 10/10

Clean room, strategic location, value for money

Breakfast time was to short, we are the tourist who spend the time in Japan for relax so we hope we still have time to breakfast until 11 AM, but not in this hotel and no toleration even we late for 10 minute for breakfast.

It's aparthotel. Room is clean and big. They provide all the amenities even the cooking utensils. Around 20 mins from station by walking but there are many attractions near hotel.

Di berbagai penjuru dunia Citadines dikenal sebagai serviced apartment yang praktis dan nyaman, tidak terkecuali Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo ini. Cuman sayang menurut saya lokasi Properti di Shinjuku ini agak sedikit jauh dari stasiun Metro terdekat, sekitar 800 meter dan Stasiun Shinjuku sekitar 1 km. Hal ini agak merepotkan kalau sedang hujan. Untuk masalah makanan tidak usah kuatir karena ada 7Eleven dan Lawson yang selalu handal dan puluhan Izakaya, Ramen, dll hanya dalam hitungan 3-5 menit berjalan kaki

Love the room, excellent service, good locations. We love the spacious room.

Great hotel. Customer service is nice. The room which we stay (studio double) is large than most of our stay in Japan. Amenities is complete. Close to lawson and family mart. No water provided for second days till our check out.

Hotelnya oke, lokasi oke. Sayangnya pelayanan resepsionis tidak begitu ramah. Mau minta pesanan taxi ke bandara sangat sulit. Tidak sesuai dengan permintaan mau taxi besar, tidak peduli dengan jumlah bagasi kami.

Hotel very good, but little bit far from JR Station.
