Everything is good and clean. The hot tub would be nicer if the water can be hotter and it was very windy at the night time on the rooftop.

這次旅遊在Acclaim Hotel住二次，因為在機場附近搭機方便而且有接駁車，飯店設備雖老舊但還過得去，第二次住雙床房很困擾，整夜有好幾次機器啟動的聲音，大到影響睡眠，真的後悔沒有反應讓自己睡眠品質那麼糟…

還不錯，住宿環境蠻寬大，離機場很近，就是附近吃的不方便，其他都OK

The room was very clean. Wifi was efficient. We had a good sleep

As usuall the Acclaim and staff never fail. From ammenities, to the breakfast vouchers instead of a classic hotel continental, I'll continue to book there for my buisness. Only complaint this stay was the room temperature. Being it the shoulder season (Fall) the AC didn't kick in and the room was hot. This affected my sleep as I like it cool. I suspect AC units are turned off for the winter.

The staff there, Jasper, who helped us during our one night stay there, was very good. We had to drop our bags there a day before our actual check-in date due to our travel schedule. He only met us very briefly that time (less than 10 mins). On our actual check-in date the next day, we got there very late in the evening (around 11:30pm), and he still remembered us, made sure we got our stuff and everything we needed, made sure we were gonna be comfortable on our short stay, and made sure that we are able to catch the shuttle early in the morning the next day. The fact that he remembered us even with just less than 10 mins of interaction is amazing. Honestly, I would go back to this hotel just because of him and how he treated us during our stay. Go to him if you’re staying at this hotel, because he’s going to make sure that you’ll enjoy your stay.

Was just overnight, all was good.

Breakfast was a let down - it was included in room, however it’s a separate business. Not a problem, except they were understaffed and not prepared to adjust to the situation. We waited in greeting areas for 15 minutes and watched the staff make no attempt to rectify the problem. It was not overly busy, well short of capacity, the lady seating groups was overwhelmed and not properly trained to deal with the problem. Three grouos of 2-3 customers, waited for 10 minutes in entry , while we all could see 12 clean and empty tables ready for customers to be seated. Far more comfortable for guest to be seated at the tables, then stand in entry room. We had some time to spare in morning, so we’re not rushed, but chosen to leave after watching the server struggle with customer service.

Close to the airport which is what we needed not going to stay there for leisure purposes
