Clean, quiet room. Helpful staff. Food excellent value

Excellent hotel the room was very clean and the staff very polite

The hotel its self is really modern and well presented but we had an issue with some sort of bug in our room/bed . Both my husband and myself were bitten quite a lot . The staff were really helpful and apologetic and were just waiting to hear back from them regarding this issue

The staff were great, and the lounge area was really good. Parking was excellent. The room was clean and had a great shower, but the bed was incredibly hard, very thin, and extremely hard mattress with a thin topper, the pillows were very poor quality, and the TV channels were hard to navigate.

Nicely located simple hotel. Very cheap so good value for money. Good simple breakfast. Clean simple room. Overall very quiet. Staff are a mix of friendly and indifferent. Some fixtures like plug points were a little loose. My key card kept malfunctioning which was a minor inconvenience. Only minor downsides were the public area especially the lobby were boiling and the staff used the fire exit near the stairs to smoke outside of and propped the door open so the stairwell stunk of cigarettes.

Great hotel, lovely staff and the food was excellent

The room was very clean and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We ate there 2 evenings and the food was good. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. There was ample parking during our stay.

All the staff were helpful and efficient. The parking was easy and convenient. Room was quiet and clean. The card key was a bit up and down as it failed a few times. We booked breakfast a day in advance but the hotel paperwork was not updated so we learned to take the receipt down with us at breakfast time. Very good value and convenient.

Very clean

Clean rooms, but whole place needs an update. Also terrible breakfast experience. over £30 for 3 people for there to be hardly any food out (both hot and cold), complete waste of money.

Nice stay

Room was lovely and the staff at check in were really polite and super helpful. My only complaint about my stay was breakfast. The staff who greeted you was very blunt and honestly looked like she had something better to do.. The breakfast itself was awful.. The bacon was undercooked and they only offered scrambled eggs which were under a warmer so the condensation from the heat was dripping into the eggs and they needed to be squeezed in order to be edible. I will be staying at this hotel again but probably go next door to Toby carvery for my breakfast next time..
