Great breakfast

Very rich breakfast, helpful staff, good location, easy parking.

Excellent hotel, bien placé et personnel très gentil. Mais pas de piscine…

Swimming pool was closed, the separate shower in my room was broken (although the one over bath was fine)

Stay was ok. Menu was very limited due to COVID. Bar area where I had dinner every night was too cold for me. Even the very friendly staff was wearing jackets.

Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité, chambre est très bien. Par contre, la robinetterie de la salle de bain était avec les traces de calcaire et il n'y avait pas de clapet de baignoire pour prendre le bain ! Le café au petit déjeuner est servie dans les gobelet en cartons.

Big rooms, good facilities (pool, sauna, gym), warm personnel. Materials looking fancy but some of them are cheap.

Heel tevreden sinds ik nieuwe gedeelte verblijf. Goed ontbijt, wel beetje raar met wsl eten van buffet avond ervoor.

After sereral stays in Prahova hotel, I have faced many inconveniances: - heater handle broken, so I cannot turn down the heating - windows that cannot open - excessive temperature in the room - bad sound isolation with the room next door

Chambre correcte, meme s'il y a toujours quelque chose de casser (pommeau de douche qui fuit, radiateur bloqué, porte d'armoire cassée... etc.). Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel du restaurant est hautain et certains plats de la carte ne sont pas servis/disponibles. Pojnt négatif lors de mon séjour. L'accès à la piscine était interdit. La sale de gym n'a que très peu d'équipement.

Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and happy. They have really high standard.

Very good hotel right in the city center with nice and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast and the hotel also has a swimingpool and sauna.
