Very nice suite and good experience. But the only weakness is the breakfast, not enough choices of food and so so quality. The hotel is located next to the main road, so it is quite noisy during bed time. Pls do bring the ear plugs with you.

酒店位置離渣汶大街附近，方便逛商場。 酒店房間很大，床鋪很寬敞舒適，整潔乾淨，員工笑容親切，服務一流。露台連接泳池，游泳很方便。

It was the best stay we’ve had in Samui! Everything was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff. The beach could be a little cleaner though, we found some rubbish buried in the sand. My husband didn’t like the chicken burger he had with Room Sevice, but I thought my Sareeyara burger was very nice. So some little improvements this could be the perfect hotel!

酒店設施不錯，但泳池略為细，早餐不算豐富但足夠，員工普遍對客人禮貌，但個別員工對外國人特別禮貌，招呼週到，但對我地亞洲人則次一等，酒店經理鄭小姐每天早餐時間都會同客人溝通，整体令人滿意，有機會下次會再入住

很滿意今次嘅選擇 ，訂了Sareeraya pool villa 三晚, 房間好靚,  好大 , 房內有 按摩池 , 房外又有私人泳池加水力按摩，留喺房度玩都夠。 酒店仲有個 沙灘 +無邊泳池，去嗰度影相一流。  服務人員個個都好Nice, 有咩需要都會即刻幫手 :) 很滿意今次旅程，下次去蘇梅都一定會book Sareeraya !

Very relaxing while staying at the hotel. Service people are all friendly and full of energy. Hotels are neat and very comfortable.

Extremely convenient location 15 mins drive from airport. Large room size at 700 sq. feet, very pleasant hotel staff, a paradise at chewang!

King size bed, large room, quite clean, around 10-15 mins walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Really poor receptionist & not helpful; price is not cheap; really not worth money

優點是景觀很不錯，但是服務非常的不友善，整體CP值明顯偏低，早餐也不甚好吃，下次不會想再去的住宿。

On the first night the pillows smelled terrible! We have asked hotel staff to change for us but still I think this is totally unacceptable. Besides the shampoo sucks, it makes my hair super dry and get all knotted. When I complained to front desk staff and ask if there is conditioner, the only reply I got was "go to the convenience store nearby to buy". Apprently he is not taking my complaint seriously at all. We have joined the seafood bbq dinner in the hotel and Food were avaerage only. We have asked the chef to cook a medium steak for us. We waited for 15mins and asked again, the chef said he forgot and would cook for us again. Then after another 15mins we still couldn't see it coming and go a ask again and what we got was a well done steak. The service just ruined my mood here and it's absolutely not 5star experience

Hotel is situated at north of Chaweng Beach, just 10 minutes away from airport and 20 mins from main pier by taxi. We liked the infinity pool. Breakfast buffet is delicious. One thing to note is that the matress maybe too soft for some people. Overall we recommend it.

good location,nice staff and service, a little bit noisy though because it is near the most busiest beach in Samui.
