Tout etait parfait. L hotel, la chambre, le Spa, le restaurant. On reviendra !

L’hôtel est magnifique, le spa fabuleux le petit déjeuné, correct Je me suis entendu plus de cette Hôtel , 5 étoile plus de professionnalisme de leurs pars À mon arrivée, j’ai entendu 45 minutes pour avoir ma chambre, même pas un petit attention de la part de la de l’accueil pour les assurés, j’ai devez appeler le service clientèle pour qu’il fasse le nécessaire quand je suis membre de Gold Je voulais partir plus tard possible à 14h au lieu 12h Ils me disent pas possible je devrais devais assister pour valoir mes droits. Merci. Beaucoup à nicoleta il nous avait parlé gentiment et avec un professionnalisme.

Très beau sejour. Magnifique hôtel et spa. Chambre spacieux et tres grande salle de bain. Bar et restaurant top avec tres bon service. Seul bémol le petit-déjeuner qui n'est pas digne d'un 5*.

l'hotel est bien ! cependant la machine à café et la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre . D'autre part les ascenseurs étaient tout le temps en panne ! Bizarre pour un 5 étoiles !

Hôtel très propre et tres bon accueil. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de très bonne qualité. Très bon petit déjeuner

Non è la prima volta che ci soggiorno e ci torno sempre volentieri!

Stayed for one night on the way from the Alps to Milan. Large hotel with exceptional service, good amenities and clean modern rooms. Breakfast was ok but not on par with the rest of the experience... Staff is exceptional and very helpful.

We always stay at Grand Hotel Billia on our way back home from Italy. The service is great - as ever - but there just seems to be a sense of something not quite right - the coffee machines in the rooms don't work very well the last 2 x stays! Time to buy new ones!! Does the property have a staff shortage? Leaves and debris in both the main inside pools and the little outside pool infested with leaves! That apart - the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are great - with breathtaking views of the mountains opposite! Still our hotel of choice on our way back to the UK.

Cela ne ressemble pas a un 5* Tres peu de oersonnel: personne pour s occuper des bagages et une seule personne a la reception La deco est spéciale : le détournement du style d origine avec des bâtiments noirs et du modernisme épuré n est pas vraiment réussi La domotique de la chambre ne fonctionne qu a moitié Heureusement la literie est excellente et le calme exceptionnel

It was good stay and I loved how it’s situated in the centre of Switzerland France and Italy. It’s easier to take a car and travel to any place.

The hotel is beautiful and is located in an absolutely perfect setting. Our favorite part of the hotel was the outdoor pool and lounge areas. They have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were modern and clean. Staff was very helpful.

Frühstück für ein 5-Stern Hotel recht bescheiden. Gutschein für Casino nützt nichts, man muss trotzdem voll bezahlen. Schmutziger Balkon (Zigarettenstummel). Internet sehr langsam, nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

hôtel comprenant un spa magnifique et de très beaux extérieurs, cependant le service laissait un peu à désirer pour un 5 étoiles. J'avais payé pour une chambre superieure et on m'a donné une chambre normale avec vue sur cour, ensuite le changement a été fait mais nous avons eu une chambre sentant fortement la cigarette. Literie trés confortable, petit déjeuner correct mais pas extraordinaire, jolie vue sur la montagne

L'hotel è davvero bellissimo, cinque stelle super meritate! Nonostante avessimo prenotato una stanza "basic" era spaziosa, al terzo piano con vista, pulita con una doccia enorme e con ogni comfort. Nella nostra prenotazione era incluso anche l'accesso alla spa: eccezionale! Due saune, un bagno turco, due piscine interne e una piscina esterna riscaldata (40°) dove puoi comodamente ammirare lo stupendo panorama (in estate è attiva un'altra grande piscina esterna). Possibilità di effettuare massaggi e trattamenti (costo circa 2 euro al minuto per massaggi). Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Colazione abbondante con possibilità di spaziare tra dolce e salato, uova,affettati ecc.. (c'è anche il prosecco per i più coraggiosi) Possibilità di farsi portare la colazione in camera con un piccolo contributo di 10 euro. Insomma è stato un weekend bellissimo in un posto favoloso, spero di tornarci prestissimo!

Hotel di gran lusso personale gentile, le signore che fanno le camere molto professionali, ti coccolano e ti accolgono sempre con il sorriso
