Perfect location

The concierge at the front desk took such good care of us! They had our car ready and packed up when we had to check out at 6:00am! And the night before, when we were walking up the hill to get to our dinner reservations...the concierge saw us and gave us a ride. And the breakfast buffet is incredible. Assisi is pretty magical.

The place was perfect. Centrally located with all the services that are available to you. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting the Assisi area. The food was excellent and staff were amazing.

Camera pulita personale alla reception non adeguato ho avuto un problema con il bagno il bidet era montato male in una stanza appena ristrutturata facendomi cadere a terra ho fatto presente l’accaduto non mi è stato chiesto nemmeno come stessi minimizzando l’accaduto non si sono nemmeno scusati per semplice forma. In una struttura bella e accogliente ti aspetti un trattamento quanto meno adeguato. In compenso c’è il sig Roland che è molto gentile con le borse e il parcheggio. Forse bisognerebbe collaudare le stanze prima di assegnarle. Immagino cosa potesse succedere a una persona anziana o fragile. Far finta di nulla non aiuta queste situazioni.
