Hei saavuimme Hotelliin Lauvantaina 12.10. Asiakaspalvelu oli sujuvaa. Mutta huone oli katastrofi. Huoneessa haisi märäntynyt eläin. Ehdottaisin tuuletuskanavan puhdistusta. Mahdollissten tuhoeläinten osalta. Kävimme valittamassa huoneesta 2kertaa jonka jälkeen saimme paremman huoneen. Kiitos siitä. Harmi että yhteistä aikaamme kului hotelli käytävillä kulkemiseen ja ravaamiseen. Koska uusi huone oli toisessa päässä taloa.

Sijainti ja spa hyvä. Huoneessa kylpyhuoneen ovi narisi kiusallisesti. Baarin tarjonnassa oli voinut olla mocktaileja, ne puuttuivat kokonaan.

Slitet hotell bör ej klassas som 4 stjärnigt.

If you need to use the internet, you should not stay at this hotel. Wifi is not serviceable. The shower was in I’ll repair, and leaked everywhere. The fitness center is very good, but also often has a lot of people that clearly aren’t hotel guests monopolizing the space.

Easy access to Old Town just accross the street. Spa and gym are very well maintained.

This is very high standard and quality Rooms and restaurants are great And spa is fantastic.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from the front desk, particularly Maja W! She kindly upgraded us to a spacious suite with a separate bedroom and living room, which was a lovely surprise. However, we did notice a few areas that needed some attention. The bathroom amenities were a bit lacking, and the glass door of the shower room and shower head needed some repair work. Additionally, the card key sensor in the lift needed sensitivity check, as it took a few attempts to register our card, and we ended up passing our floor. The same happened to other guests taking the same lift. Despite these minor issues, we appreciated the hotel's efforts and Maja's excellent service.

Nice hotel, great location in Tallinn and easy parking. Unfortunately the spa was closed and we didn't know this when we booked. Rooms were very clean.

Really good hotel, well located for the old town, the Balti Jaam train station, the docks and the airport. We just had a standard room but it was plenty big enough and comfy bed. The breakfast choices were great, as was the pool and sauna/spa centre. A few gripes - one tiny thin pillow each, and the shower flooded the bathroom each time it was used but overall I'd recommend the hotel. One tip - use Bolt or Uber and not the walk up cabs.... bolt to the docks €4 Walk up cab coming back - €18!!!

Very clean hotel, modern rooms, one older part of the original hotel near the (very modern Italian). Unfortunately the spa and pool area were all closed which wasn't mentioned on Hotels.com website Reception staff were friendly, don't bother with breakfast

Frokosten var bra og treningsrommet har godt utstyrt. Spurte etter morgenkåpe ved spaet, men det fikk jeg ikke, det skulle jeg tatt med fra rommet, noe jeg ikke visst. Var liten servicevillighet der. Var uheldig og opplevde litt rot ved innsjekk her, fikk både en ødelagt nøkkel og et rom hvor det allerede bodde noen andre før jeg på tredje forsøk fikk eget rom med nøkkel som fungerte. Beliggenheten passet oss godt og det så godt tilrettelagt ut for kjørende gjester.
