Very simple hotel room, very the most refurnished one. No extra door lock from inside, and busy traffic from the window for the whole night.

Very small, old and dirty.

Good location, but dirty, smelly, mouldy accommodation. Inconvenient bathroom. No breakfast buffet despite the photo.

Tiny room, very hot , mini fridge was full of previous occupant waste food

Inte så rent i rummet men annars helt okej. Läget är jättebra, nära till bussar och tåg. Många restauranger och affärer i närheten. Trevlig personal.

One night stay convenient for Hammersmith Apollo , wasn’t expecting much , clean bedding but poorly fitted sheet and mattress had big dent in it so had to turn it over for comfort, needed earplugs as no double glazing, one clothes hanger, one towel , nowhere to put toiletries in shower , shower took ages to heat up , no bath mat , tea and coffee sachets but no kettle , fridge in a small room not sure why, no chair , drawers that had fridge on , bed had empty space for drawers underneath. Room could do with a bit of tlc and thought.

I wasn’t expecting perfect or amazing conditions just a clean place to put my head down. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There were numerous issues regarding cleanliness, chewing gum left in the shower, stained bedding, small single use blocks of soap left open and used around the bathroom. Additionally, this was coupled with thick layers of dust amongst lots of other things. The room looked like it belonged in a slum landlord documentary.

Nos encantó la ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes cerca e igual la estación del metro y bus está a 10 - 15 minutos caminando. El personal súper amable!!

Cheap hotel, service was good. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly but that was fine. Couple marks in the loo again not too much of an issue. There was a hair in one of the beds but it wasn't much of a problem. The Tv was broken but didn't hinder the usage. The lovely gentleman in reception had reduced the price for me which was kind of him. Main concern is the room was downstairs which didn't have a light until you got too the rooms. Maybe it might be worth getting a light installed as I can forsee an accident happening.

Parking was horrible fan was not working

I got bit by bed bugs. In room 7. The fridge has mold in it. Asked to get it cleaned over 2 days. Not cleaned. Cleaned on day 2 but looks like it was wiped off cause you can still see the black mold on fridge door shelves. Very narrow stairs and of couse in Europe fisr floor is 2nd floor. Staff were very helpful with helping me move my bags. Staff there are nice and atrentive.Please do something about the water stained ceilings in shower and please fumigate the bed bugs.

Beds were so dirty, insects ate up my body I woke up with multiple bites, rashes and sever allergy, bought ton of allergy pills and hydrocortisone ointment 3 days later and still not getting better. Booked 4 nights, left after two only. Stay away I warned you. I will follow up with expedia to get a refund.

J'étais déçu de l'état de la chambre. Ça ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos. Les draps et les serviettes étaient propres mais l'état de la chambre médiocre. En plus de tout ça, pas d'eau chaude la 2eme nuit avec aucun geste commercial. Le réceptionniste était nonchalant comme si ce n'était pas si nécessaire de prendre une douche ou quasi optionnel ! Je ne reviendrai plus.

Äckligt, mögligt, otrevlig personal, smuts överallt, en säng va trasig. Rekommenderas ej.

It appears the room allocated to you will effect your experience based on the varied reviews. My experience: The good. Location excellent. Staff at check in, nice enough. The bad. Room filthy with mould. Marks all over the walls, unknown fluids on surfaces. Tiles in bathroom floor broken and lifting as their is no grout left. Shower not draining. I did not sleep under the duvet out of concearn. Towels not changed or room maintained on a four night stay. Even the little outdoor area featured in their ad had broken furniture in it. I was in town on a business trip and had no time to seek other options. Such a shame with some care, could be much better.

We stayed at this hotel during a heatwave and since we got a room on the top floor and the room had no AC we could barely breathe in there, let alone sleep. One of the two windows were broken and could not be opened. The room and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and the carpet needs changing. The staff were really friendly and tried their best to help us feel more comfortable, provided us with an extra fan in the room for instance. After the heatwave passed it was ok to sleep there. All in all not the worst hotel I've been in but certainly not the best. Location was really good, but the street just outside was very busy until late. I think every ambulance and police car in town drove past there. At least it felt like that. WESTFIELD shopping mall was close, walking distance from hotel. You only had to pass what we ended up calling the "Marijuana park" on the way there. Lots of weed-smoking people in the area. If you can look and smell past that, it was a nice area:)

Det var trevliga, hjälpsamma och tillgängliga personer som arbetade på hotellet men skicket och renligheten i rummet var desto värre. Möglig och smutsig kyl med mat från tidigare gäster som låg kvar där i, tjocka lager av damm i MÄNGDER på lister, fönster, taklampa, fläkt, gardiner osv. och ett badrum som luktade mögel och hade kalkavlagringar som gjorde att takmunstycket skvätte ner hela badrummet.

Very dirty bathroom-used shaver, body wash. Bathroom dirty with mold in ceiling. Flooding bathroom during shower. No bathmats provided or hand soap. Hair on bed linen. Dirty mini refrigerator. Dirty curtains. No effort make room comfortable. Not one came to inspect room after we complained. No alternative offered. While they were kind to allow us to check in after midnight, the service was not the best afterwards.

Good, cheap and comfy . Handy for transport.
