Good hotel with very helpful staff. But the toilet in our room broke twice in two days, which was annoying.

Ich hatte ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Leider bin ich mit dem Hotels.com nicht zufrieden. Als wir dort angekommen sind, war das eine Suite aber nur 2 Personen unter Diverses wurdem 4 Bett deklariert. Hotels.com hat ein Systemfehle, glaube ich. Gott sei Dank war das Hotel flexibel und wir konnten für den gleichen Preis zwei Doppelzimmer umbuchen. Ansonsten hätten wir noch zwei Personen zusätzlich bezahlen müssen!

Meget slidt hotel. Meget smuk udsigt men ingen service, døde potteplanter, ødelagte havemøbler, elendig rengøring.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig von der Stadt gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber, im Bad ist etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Leider war der Pool schon zu und der Aussenbrreich nicht zu nutzen. Tolle Lage in der schönen kleinen Bucht mit Meerblick. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Beautiful hotel in a privilege location. Close to the ocean WOW WOW! Rooms clean, comfortable and stylish with a contemporary decoration. The breakfast, worth it, abundant and delicious. I want to be back already! The front desk very friendly, professional and kind. Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here and liked the layout of the room being a loft style with a bathroom on each level. The balcony was nice and had 3 chairs and a great view. The breakfast wasn't great. The coffee machine tastes like nescafe instant coffee. The breakfast options never change and while you can make a sandwich for breakfast there is no mayo. The pools looked nice and it's right by a beach.

Preis—Leistung war gut, das Hotel ist halt in der Summe eher etwas älter. Lage war aber sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge etc. Pool und Meerzugang ist sehr gut.

Great location, short(ish) walk to town, sea swimming area adjacent. Breakfast and evening buffet very good, pool great. Had to ask for room to be cleaned and items that should be there without question ie correct number of chairs & table on balcony. Good value but a little dated. Some staff excellent, others less so.

Optima localização junto à zona balnear da Silveira. Serviço de restaurante e bar muito atencioso e bom pequeno-almoço. Deixa a desejar e necessita bastantes melhoras na zona da piscina (falta de apoio e muito poucas camas) e mais profissionalismo e atenção às necessidades do cliente pelo serviço da recepção (alguns funcionários).

Breakfast and the ocean view were excellent. The air conditioning did not work properly. Parking in the lower garage was a nightmare.

Ten minute walk into the town of Angra do Heroismo. Room comfortable and clean. Good breakfast included. Pool and beach swimming at the hotel. Good value. Would recommend staying here.

15 minute walk to town. Decent breakfast buffet, same every morning. Nice pool area and a spot to swim in the ocean too. We had a garden view room. Room was pleasant but the beds were very uncomfortable ( could be personal preference I suppose) Staff friendly and everyone spoke English

Just got back after a week stay with my family and we would recommend this hotel. It was clean and had lots of parking nearby. The breakfast included was great (when we made it on time thanks to jet leg), but the bar lounge was awesome and I’ll be missing their “galao”. Indoor and outdoor pools were both great, and our suite was perfect for what we needed.
