RIght next to the cathedral, close to all tourist places. Need to walk one flight of stairs before there is a lift. Rooms are small but ok for a night or 2. Staffs are polite and nice.

スタッフの感じがとても悪かったです。こちらが笑顔で話しかけても常に仏頂面の人たちで、笑顔で対応してくれたのは一人だけでした。チェックアウト後に荷物を置かせてもらいましたが、その後、追加でもう一つ荷物を預けようとしたら、入れるのは一度だけだと言われました。 3階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターは2階より上で、チェックインやチェックアウトの際はすべての荷物を持って、1階と2階を移動しなければなりません。 また、今後もストラスブールに用事があるのですが、このホテルにはもう泊まりません。

Petite chambre petite mais propre et sympathique, lit confortable, salle de bain récente et propre. Excellent petit déjeuner. On a passé une bonne nuit.

I speak little to no French and the staff there was extremely accommodating and welcoming. You wake up each morning to the smell of fresh croissants being made.

Ett något slitet 4-stjärnigt hotell mitt i hjärtat av Strasbourg. Hotellet ligger mittemot Domkyrkan Max 40m ifrån ingången. Sköna sängar. Hotellet är i behov av renovering framförallt dörrarna till rummen. Man använder fortfarande vanliga nyckellås till rummen år 2025. man borde byta till kortsystem. Känns ungefär som att man skulle ha tjock-tv istället för platt-tv. Dörrarna gnisslar när man öppnar & stänger. För att nå hissarna måste man gå upp för en trappa. Är det handikappanpassat? Läget är världsklass, personalen mycket trevliga & hjälpsamma.

Well, the hotel is in an excellent location! Very clean! However, there is an elevator but you have to climb a spiral staircase of 15 steps, carrying your luggage, to get to it!! That should be made clear on this site.

Cet hôtel nous a très bien accueillis nous qui n’avions plus de logement pour le soir… On s’est très bien occupés de nous. Personnel aux petits soins. Et nous avons très bien dormi dans des lits ULTRA confortables. Excellent petit déjeuner

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral. Direkt gegenüber ist die Cathedrale. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Oda kalitesi kötü. Verdiği hizmete kıyasla pahalı. İnternet hizmeti var diye yazıyor ancak çalışmıyor. Sorduğumda problemli çalışmıyor şeklinde cevaplıyorlar. Yok yazsalar daha iyi. Var yazıp olmaması kötü.

The best thing about Hôtel Cathédrale is its location — literally facing the Strasbourg Cathedral. From the front door, you step right into the heart of the old town. The tourist train stop is right outside, and it’s just 8–10 minutes’ walk to the boat tours and around 20 minutes to the train station. My room was small but cozy, very clean, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom. The only real issue was access: I had to carry my heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator, and no staff offered to help, either on arrival or departure — which was disappointing. Still, the location makes this hotel special. Just wish service matched the setting.

Très décevant. Loin d’être un hôtel 4*. C’est plus un hôtel 3* bas de gamme. Attention, à 11h01 le réceptionniste vous appelle dans la chambre pour vous demander de la quitter la d’une manière désagréable. Et à 11h03 la femme de chambre débarque ! J’ai également demandé une facture qui m’a été refusé. Petit point positif : l’emplacement.

Grundsätzlich stimmen Preis und Leistung. Allerdings ist es schade, dass man beim Frühstück schnell sein muss... ab 9:00 wird die Auswahl inmer kleiner und es wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt.
