The blankets were dirty upon arriving. I notified front desk just the be given another dirty blanket that was worse than the first one. The option to the front desk on the phone did not work. They have coffee all day but it was not fresh at all. The drain smelled when first turning on the shower. And to top it all my daughter left her Yeezy slides and the said they were not in the room, someone had to take them. I would not book here again.

The hotel format is no frills, clean and modern. When I am travel, I’m not looking to be greeted by name, go the the hotel bar, or be offered experiences. This is my second stay at a Spark property.

Would definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet, and very accommodating staff. Only negative is no hot breakfast items.

The hotel was very nice. It is a shame that the system issues they were having made them unable to provide room keys. We had to ask a staff member to unlock our door every time we left the room.

Bad cleaning. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and they never went to clean the room. Reception was told that they needed the cleaning service and they never went. They don't want to return the money they offered for not providing the service. Lies and bad service.
