酒店离车站和超市很近，这个符合公寓的要求。可惜我当时没有住上海景房（可能为此也省了不少房费），而且酒店离冲浪者天堂还是有段距离的，我从冲浪者天堂走回酒店一次，散步一小时，所以“位置”觉得不错但不是最好。价格就是自己的心理感受了，房间相当大。但毕竟是公寓的服务，好多靠自己的，所以没有觉得便宜。不过房间设备就很满意，我在公寓里过了一个除夕，自己人动手做饭吃，还是能做不少东西的。他们的一些小细节，让我感受也是比较好，不一一细数了。

We stayed in a sub penthouse apartment and the space was beautiful, wonderfully clean and so many spaces to sit and relax. Beds were extremely comfy and the location was sensational. Our only feedback is that one towel per person to be used over multiple days for bathing and for the pool is not enough. And two face washes and 2 hand towels to share between 8 people was a little gross. The dishwasher also doesn't wash properly meaning we had to hand wash everything.

Dishwasher didn’t work apartment in need of some attention quite run down especially for the price they are asking.

Stayed here with my adult children and grandchildren. The apartment is located in a very convenient location however there is currently a large construction occurring across the road so many trucks and traffic control. This is not noted when booking. If it had been I would have chosen a different location. The unit was filthy, there were hundreds of cockroaches running out from under benches, aircon and furniture. We opened the compendium to find out where to put rubbish and it was stuck together with sticky stuff and several, ie more than 2 cockroaches ran out from the middle of the folder. My husband bought bug spray to try kill some of these. The furniture was filthy, the floors were stained and covered in hair etc. we paid $1700 for 3 nights and spent significant time trying to clean this unit. I’m pretty forgiving but this was ridiculous. Advised the manager who told me it’s due to cockroaches being sprayed the week before. Well the bugs seemed pretty spritely so unsure how well your spray treatment is working. Don’t waste your money.

We always stay here as a great apartment building. Sadly this time did not receive a free vip bottle of wine and the air conditioner did not work in the main bedroom which made it quite uncomfortable with 30degree days. We will still always stay here as it is a great spot hopefully next time get a better room.

Awesome location, very comfortable bed and great views. Appliances very outdated but you are not here to cook. Also bring your dishwasher liquid and toilet paper

Room we were giving was a disgrace Only 1 plate, no bread&butter knifes Toaster didn’t work. Showers mouldy , and had a bad smell table under glass very dirty . Was told showers would be cleaned next day but didn’t happen until two days later . Bottom lining on chairs falling off this got cut off after we complained with the other items You could see by joinery panels and carpet stains unit had been flooded at some stage . Broken tiles in shower dangerous. Toilet seat broken . Electrical points broken . We were offered other rooms but one next to building works and other was an inconvenience to pack up and move 4days later. But note they were better presented and cleaner They did fix a couple of items after complaining a few times . They also refunded one nights accommodation. At the end of the day the room was substandard And we should have not be given this at the start which made our holiday very stressful. I have plenty of photos if you would like to see I don’t know how this can be 8.8 star rated resort.

My only dissatisfaction was the built up of uncleanliness in the apartment.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to shops and cafes. Spacious apartment with modern appliances and fixtures. Only complaint was the couch, it was broken. Definitely return

Had a group of six, so great to all stay in the same spacious apartment. Great balcony with view.
