It was excellent from the check in to the check out

Extra towels were not available when requested. When checking-in, no towels, face towels, floor mat were available.

Pool smells funny. One elevator out of order and other opens and moves slow. Hard to figure out how to use tv.

Jude and Mariza as well as the ladies in the dining area were all very good. The coffee was great. My room was adequate although the adjoing doors were very difficult to lock and the walls seem paper thin. The treadmill and elyptical were both broken and filthy, the stationary bike was also dirty. One elevator has been broken a long time and the working one is extremely slow.

Our suite was so nice and large, which were happy about since we spent three nights there. I would have given it five stars, but the breakfast is mediocre. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Nice clean property. Super easy checking with the link being sent prior to arrival, loved that! Only critique would be maybe more thoughtful guest room placement. Our room was in the middle of a really large group of people who had multiple rooms and lots of children and teens. There were up very late with lots of laughing, screaming, running in the halls, and slamming doors. At about 12:30 someone came out of a room and yelled "Get out of the hallway!" After that it got quiet.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was a little dated. However, everything was really clean, including the bathroom. The machines in the fitness room were broken. The elevator needed some maintenance.

Quiet

This was a decent place to stay for an overnight sleep, before heading back out on the road again. The place is a bit outdated, with a lot of of the furniture in the room, being banged up and worn out. But the beds were comfy and the room was clean. Staff was very friendly and breakfast selection was decent.

Everything was excellent wonderful stuff

Best part about this hotel was the price for the room size. The two room suite was huge, large living area and bathroom, bedroom with a door, excellent value. Breakfast was decent. The hotel could use some TLC and the shower was not very hot.

Elevators work very slow

The staff were great, the food - breakfast was really nice. Accommodating pets is nice Although, i did see them shampooing the carpet, but carpets still were sticky when barefooted. Tile flooring in halls and rooms should be considered with it being pet friendly. Over all a nice stay will return in future.

They had an attitude as soon as we walked in like they didn’t like us for how we look. They accused us of having food in swimming pool when in fact they saw who the real People was that he it but we were the wrong color so we were accused. Will not stay there again. They were horrible.

We felt discrimination because our Daughter asked for towels and was told they didn’t have any, as she was walking a white guy ask for towels and they gave them towels. The carpet in the room was dirty and not vacuumed. The Lady we checked in with was not friendly and unwelcoming. The morning Check out Lady was rude and had an attitude. I won’t stay here again. We drove a long way and just be treated unwelcome.

Only 1 very slow lift is working, internet is patchy. Dog barking down the hallway.

The continental hot breakfast was great! The waffle maker mad waffles in the shape of the state of Texas! It was so neat!! Our suite was very clean and smelled good. The hotel lobby was very nice. All of the employees we encountered during our stay were friendly!! 10/10! 5 stars!!
