We were directed to another building instead of the stated location. The unit looks like an office unit converted to a room. Ceiling is full of holes left behind by previous user. No ventilation. Window is sealed. Constantly a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Check in time 4pm is a bit late for a hotel. Check out at 10am is even more ridiculous. Late 30 minutes charge use additional of $ 1100 won. We don't even want to argue over it. Pay and get the hell out of that place. Never again. Lousy place for a family stay.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan stasiun, lokasi nyaman tidak terlalu ramai, tapi tetep gampang cari makan dan ke shinjuku koen bisa jalan kaki, saya pilih kamar yang kapasitas 4 orang ada kulkas besar, di sediakan lengkap tempat makan dan minum, serta kopi teh lengkap, cuma memang kamar ini lokasi nya beda dengan resepsionis jadi aga jalan lumayan tapi masih ok, resepsionis bukan penduduk asli jepang kurang ramah.

This hotel was on a great price considering we only need to walk around 1KM to center of crowd in shinjuku city. Don’t expect a wide spare space, this hotel is super affordable regarding to it’s location. However, this hotel would be the best choice if you’re at shinjuku for city walks. It’s clean, convenient toilet, great staff super friendly.

Kebagian kamar yang tempat manginapnya beda dengan recepcionistnya karena jam check-out mepet dan takut kena charges tambahan jadi ya udah deh ga bisa santai-santai karena kami. Backpakcer ya jadi seret-seret koper dari tempat menginap ke recepcionist, kira-kira 10 meteran

Kamarnya besar, bagus dan bersih, pelayanannya bagus cuma letaknya agak jauh dan agak sulit mencarinya.

We arrived to this hotel in the evening after striving windy roads with luggages due to sequence of typhoon trami. The staffs were friendly, they proactively lead us to our room and voila... The room is perfect. Everything we need from good hotels are available. Good space, good bathroom with complete toiletries. However, a bit far from shinjuku station.

房间就像哆啦A梦的房间，孩子很开心，采用榻榻米床垫，非常舒适，有烹饪设备，浴室设备非常齐全，比我们从JKT带来的还要齐全。想再回来

交通便利，距离地铁很近，3号出口有电梯，出行方便，附近有便利店，干净。

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan station dan pusat keramaian, tempat makan, mini market asyik banget, kamar mandinya sangat bagus dan bersih, walaupun kamar tidurnya jadi kecil banget, service dari ownernya bagus, baik dan sangat-sangat membantu sekali, next kalau ke Tokyo akan menginap disini lagi.
