Dirty place , tv wasn’t working , staff member was rude and unhelpful , gave wrong information all the times

The ground floor was undergoing a full renovation which wasn't mentioned when I booked. No reception, no bar, nothing. The temporary solution is on the first floor, and is barren and unwelcoming. The room stank of weed too, so not well maintained or cleaned.

Some work was going on but that didn’t effect our stay, lovely staff, really clean rooms, lush shower.

Location was just right for us, room was very clean with everything we needed. Had a few concerns upon my arrival regarding noise from an adjacent room, reported this to the reception, to which they dealt with straight away. Breakfast area was very presentable with a good selection of everything we needed. Breakfast staff were very helpful and made sure the breakfast area items were always in good supply. Will stop there again. *****

Die Unterkunft war modern und sauber. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Straßenverkehr sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Gegend war etwas schmutzig aber man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 min am Bahnhof und im Stadtkern.

Arrived early but were able to check in. Opened door to the room which was a fabulous refurbished room and spotless.

Good to see it being brought up to a good standard. Unable to switch of a noisy fan, road noise, banging doors and people arguing loudly.

As checking in they told me about a refurbishment happening but overall the room I was staying in was really great. Staff was overall great and the hotel was good. Everything is nearby like bullring was a 10 minute walk. I will come back once the refurb is finished. The only issue I had was 1 of the night unsure of her name but the girl on nights had a grey hair bonnet on which I found very unprofessional then later on the night she began to sleep on the counter. Other than this all the staff have been amazing and professional.

Nice, modern, reasonably priced hotel on Digbeth side of city. Nothing you wouldn't get in one of the better Premier Inns, apart from a flashy reception. Big room, no noise from inside or outside, quiet but ineffective air con, lovely shower but the gel/shampoo tubes were empty!

Comfortable stay. However, room was without body soap as it was not refilled and body cream was not provided. Thankfully, i walked with my own travel kit. My suggestion is to check and provide these. Breakfast was amazing! Good management of the refurbishment works - minimum impact on guest which is great.
