amazing experience here. very helpful and friendly staff. esp the staff in restaurant. they have taken a very great care of my child and my daddy who cannot walk. the room are very nice. Food is perfect.

地理位置好, 鄰近嚴島神社, 商店街及多間餐廳, 價錢合理, 職員服務佳, 酒店還有室內及露天風呂溫泉。 酒店免費upgrade 較大及向海位置的房間, 另外還有生日禮物贈送, 令住客有個驚喜愉快難忘的旅程。

酒店房間清潔, 舒服, 有景觀可望到鳥居, 早餐及晚餐都很好, 服務也很好, 還設有溫泉, 只是離碼頭有10分鐘步行路程

房間景色優美，酒店服務也很周到，原以為很遠但原來就在嚴島神社附近不難去，房內之私人露天溫泉24小時開動，隨時都可以使用。 早晚和食十分豐富量也多，而且每天都會有所不同，其中一次晚餐更是有河豚料理，實在意想不到，總的來說價是貴但物有所值。

地處幾方便，行2分鐘就可到達嚴島神宮 晚餐雖然比一般溫泉旅館份量為少，不過好別緻，亦美味，值得一試身手。

下船後立即見到酒店的車在等候，很快便到達酒店。到達酒店後，員工都很nice,有人主動介紹酒店內設施。由酒店另一出口到神社步行只需數分鐘。

職員們服務一流! 尤其是引領到房間的前堂職員介紹房間十分細心及清楚, 及晚餐服務員以一口流利英文介紹各款菜式,服務一流! 更有一位來自台灣的女服務員另我們賓如歸!我們對此酒店非常滿意!

Convenient and only a few minutes walk to visit the highlights. Outdoor onsen was very small.

We stayed in the room with the open air bath and it was a beautiful room. The open air bath was worth it with a view of the famous gate. The staff was amazing and so respectful. The location was close to the shrine and shops and not far from the rope pull to go to top of mountain. Highly recommend this hotel!
