整體環境舒服及職員效率極高

Many items in the room are not working properly, message light on the phone kept flashing in the whole night, shower tap was broken, WiFi signal suddenly stopped, a/c not cold enough. Staff level is not sufficient , I waited for few minutes to let receptionist to answer my call and waited 20 minutes to receive my bath robe after I order it. But staff seek actively to offer service recovery, one of the receptionist recorded my issues encountered and voluntarily offered me a drink but I rejected as I was in rush. I deeply appreciate their actions.

It is clean and the best facilities one I can say in this budget range, compare with all the hotel I have been to. Nice swimming pool and sauna, steam room and gym. All Room are the same size, but fair enough with good facilities. If you enjoy the spa enjoy would you stay inside the room?

Here for business only but found reception staff slow, and extremely limited options for dining. The hotels restaurant is cold heartless and the menu very limited. A request to turn off air conditioning ( since we were the only customers in there and we were so cold we couldn’t stay otherwise ) was not responded to. The convenience shop in the foyer charges £6.40 for a pack of cashews and £8 for a packet of digestives! So sadly we won’t be returning.

Great from check in to check out. No complaints.

All good for a weekend stay close to shops and restaurants and pubs but not too close

The Staff on check in was very polite and had a warm smile. They gave information succintly. The Hotel interior was beautiful. I loved the frames in the bedrooms.

Really lovely hotel. Room was spacious. Good location near the train station and easy walk into the centre of Manchester. Pool was fab. Good sauna and steam room. Amazing breakfast and very good value. My only slight criticism was I felt the bathroom could do with updating but it was absolutely fine.

First morning was shocking. Breakfast lady didn’t even make eye contact. Literally checked room number then I said is that ok “yeah “ was reply. She spent most of time speaking laughing with colleague. Absolutely no customer service to anybody. However I complained what a difference next morning. Amazing welcoming staff. What a difference but should not have taken a complaint for it to happen I expect a great service when staying in premier hotels.

the options to book my room were twin single beds or super size bed as this was a special treat for my partner i wanted it to be perfect and obviously am going to choose super size bed but to my horror it was 2 single beds pushed together that made the sleep the worst nights sleep in my whole life and meant i was not able to hug my partner throughout the night and this just ruined the whole stay for us as the beds had this huge gape down the middle that was very uncomfortable and awkward so i was extremely upset and disappointed with my booking !

Lovely hotel, rooms done nice. Staff very helpful. Steak was chewy but ate it all and didn’t mention it to staff. Swimming was horrendous, such a small pool and so many people in at the same time. It should be bookable even though it’s free, also they has swimming lessons going on at the same time. Shocking

Lovely room, big tv modern and comfortable. Good sauna and steam facilities and a tasty breakfast. Would definitely stay again
