整體環境舒服及職員效率極高

Many items in the room are not working properly, message light on the phone kept flashing in the whole night, shower tap was broken, WiFi signal suddenly stopped, a/c not cold enough. Staff level is not sufficient , I waited for few minutes to let receptionist to answer my call and waited 20 minutes to receive my bath robe after I order it. But staff seek actively to offer service recovery, one of the receptionist recorded my issues encountered and voluntarily offered me a drink but I rejected as I was in rush. I deeply appreciate their actions.

It is clean and the best facilities one I can say in this budget range, compare with all the hotel I have been to. Nice swimming pool and sauna, steam room and gym. All Room are the same size, but fair enough with good facilities. If you enjoy the spa enjoy would you stay inside the room?

Ideally situated for Manchester events and on the periphery of town for easy access . Forgot to ask for car parking discount code and it wasn't offered on exit Staff answered all good queries and service was prompt and of quality. Gym was good but a little small for how busy it was. Lovely accommodation and hotel. Would stay again

Advertised as access to the pool but this was not the case and was a extra charge for this. Consider this when booking the hotel.

Family room wasn't ready when we arrived at 15:15 so reception offered another room which they advised us they would send someone up to add the 2nd bed for children - I said would this be within the hour they said yes. 2 hours later I chased. Then another hour later at kids bedtime after getting back from being out I had to go to reception to insist they do it now since it was urgent. Then actioned within a few minutes. Disappointing start. Some rose petals found in the room on the floor (we stayed the day after Velentines) so wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Asked next day for replacement loo rolls and coffee which weren't done within 8 hours so chased again and then resolved. Pool facilities were very busy on the 2 times we went there and felt oversubscribed by day passes or local gym users - changing rooms far too small to handle more than 4 people at a time. Breakfast buffet above average, room was otherwise nice (Superior family room), discount arrangement with car park opposite was reasonable, location to town centre very good. We chose this hotel above others because it had a pool but would have preferred to have gone elsewhere if we visited the area again.

Reception staff was racist I found. Could see me waiting for 5 mins in the queue, still went on to the intruding customer to check them in.

Great location near Victoria station. Spotlessly clean, friendly and efficient staff. Good sized room, good.nights sleep. Breakfast was good quality,.plenty to choose from. Excellent by Radisson again.

The room was great and spacious, we upgraded to a city view room on the 6th floor and it didn't disappoint! We didn't use any of the hotel facilities but the look of the hotel was nice. We used the Spa Facilities

Clean with good facilities and decent selection of food for break.

Staff were super welcoming on arrival and so accommodating - allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Had sweets and chocolates on arrival as a valentines treat - a lovely gesture! Room was so clean, modern and great bathroom - shower was great! Great facilities - absolutely will stay again and recommend

This is my second time staying here and will not be my last. The staff are amazing and the pool and spa facilities are clean and just what you need for a night away.

Clean and spacious room. Acted on my request for twin beds and room on a lower floor. Refunded my leisure pass as we were unable to use it.
