the hotel is underrated. if you know what you are paying for then you will get it. the hotel is a bit old but very clean and decent. very near to tokyo disneyland and the staff are very nice and helpful. we just stayed here for 2 nights for our tokyo disney trip. they are also near convenience stores, bus and the train station. the plus here is the breakfast. very delicious breakfast and the breads are freshly baked.
