Decent hotel, a bit far out from town, and it was very hot and with no air con that made it a bit uncomfortable. Biggest challenge was noise given that there is a gym and lively bar and terrace and we did have to have the windows open.

Overall the room of the hotel was clean and tidy, however there is no air conditioning in the room. With the current summer weather it was quite hot and stuffy in the room. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Parking was difficult but I managed to find a parking space, but it was pretty busy as a car park. Staff on entry were really friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa or the swimming pool facilities so I can't comment on that

Stay here often to visit family. Lovely to have recently clean carpets and refurbished rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I booked through hotels.com because the hotels own website would not allow me to book. Parking , gym facilities were not included in the price and were additional and payable at hotel. Staff were very much - there’s nothing we can do. The room and bathroom was fresh and clean.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their kindness and professionalism. Their warm hospitality really made my experience special. I also loved the amenities — everything was well-maintained and added so much comfort to my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was something to look forward to. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I genuinely appreciated the care and effort, and I would be happy to return again.

Plenty of parking, room nice and quiet. Mattresses were comfy but the single beds felt very narrow also the legs of the bed were angled out and because of the dark colour too, a few stubbed painful toes! Food was a bit on the pricey side £8 for a portion of sweet potato fries! Breakfast was nice, enough choice. And the shower was nice and powerful.

I had a room that’s just been refurbished. It’s so much nicer than before. Other floors currently being refurbished. Parking can be a nightmare driving around because the car park is used by gym members. Food good. Staff great and helpful and the gym is great too. Cheers

Parking was easy, checkin very easy. Staff helpful and very friendly. Gym and pool great but busy, room good but just 1 chair and pillow cases inside out on pillows and not covering them completely. Room quite dark with lights on but not easy to dit fien with 2 people, just one chair. So sat in the lobby

The restaurant/bar was good the bar staff was amazing and the food was so good

The bed was very comfortable and clean Breakfast was wonderful the type English breakfast you need to start your day thanks to the Ladies Service

The bed though clean on top was less than clean under the mattress topper , the bath room had empty bottles of shower gel and stains in the loo

Bin in rooms should be emptied daily.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, really enjoyed my stay!
