The staff are very nice and friendly. They introduce the surrounding tourist attraction in details. But the room needs updating.

The location is good. Easy to find. Close to supermarket. The room is clean.

This is a very bad motel. I made my booking on the end of June but when I check-in, she told me no room is available due to double booking. I complained to Hotels.com but finally she still could not provide any room. It spoiled my day as I spent the day to find my accommodation. I will never book this motel anymore.

This is my second time to book a room with them and they did not disappoont. The room is nice and clean with a cozy feel. Everything you need is there ready to be used. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Will book again soon! ❤️

We spent a night here and were uplifted by the staff's warm hospitality and helpful nature. Our room was truly a haven - immaculately clean and spacious. We felt invigorated swimming in the heated pool and the mineral pool. We certainly look forward to staying here again.

Free assigned parking, clean, comfy bed, outdoor pool, hot mineral pools, coin operated laundry, close to everything. Entry a little annoying as you have to double back off the main road but no big deal.

Very welcoming & helpful staff. Loved the pools.

Overall the stay was good. The condition is the carpeting was pretty poor and the smell when you first entered the room was very “cleanser-esk”. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t care to use the mineral pools as they were in enclosed structures that were dark and humid.

I liked the thermal pools at this property. Carpet needs a deep cleaning or removed entirely. Lots of cobb webs in thr thermal pool area. Lights were a nice touch in the thermal pool but needed maintenance as quite a fee weren't working. Staff was amazing and the breakfast was more than expected. Overall a nice stay

Smooth arrival and departure, with onsite laundry service and full kitchen made for an easy entry to Rotorua. Their thermal pools are private, with a beautiful, mural and evening time mini lights. The staffing team were consistently helpful, warm, and personable.

Very spacious and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Very generous continental breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Thermal pool not hot

Walkable to the hot springs park & Eat Streat where all the restaurants are. Can recommend

Very comfy room. Lovely mineral spa on site. Easy 10 min walk to Kuirau park with its thermal pools. Another 10 min walk to Eat Streat where all the restaurants are. Great. Can highly recommend.
