Beautiful property located right on the beach (very few options like that). Golf cart rental at the lobby desk. Great food and drinks at the restaurant. You can walk to many local restaurants and bars from the property. We stayed in the tower and had a balcony overlooking the street and beach access area. Room was clean and simple with bottled drinking water in the hall, a mini fridge and safe in the room. Staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel is outdated, but it’s all about location. If you just want a good location on the beach then this is your hotel if you want a three star and above when it comes to condition, then this is not your hotel is very simple but more like a motel.

Common areas need to be clean more often.

The room and hotel was in a perfect location. Staff was great we did find another location to stay for out last 2 days, just because it was stuffy and we couldn't sleep well

Too many other places to stay!! We left after 2 days and relocated to a different hotel

We stay at Maria’s twice a year. This trip, we did not get the Castle room. Be aware that while the Tower room has cold AC and hot water, the beds are very small. Still a great visit, always the best location for the money.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, direkt am Playa Norte gelegen. Es ist zwar sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir waren nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer. Leider funktionierte die WC-Spülung nicht, was ziemlich mühsam war. Das Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan war super, war jedoch nur ein Frenchtost/Kaffee/Tee und Orangensaft inklusive.

We love this place. It was our second stay and will return. The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful and we love thw location ❤️

Excelente ubicación. El personal es amable en general. El único inconveniente que veo es que no hay camastros para los huéspedes. Entiendo que se cobran aparte, pero los huéspedes deberíamos tener precio preferencial.

Our room was across the street and down the road from the lobby and pool. Our sink did not work. The ceiling fan did not work. We asked multiple times to correct these issues and were completely ignored. We will never stay here again.

Breakfast tickets are silly-wrist band should suffice. Softer pillows needed. Check-in process could be more efficient-clerk made separate trips to the back to process credit card, then retrieve paperwork, then keys, then towels. Guests next door were caring for the several stray cats by feeding them and bringing them inside their room at night. We had cat vomit on our patio table twice during our stay. Upon arrival we did not have hand towels or wash cloths available in our room. Insufficient lighting in rooms.

Simple, clean, relaxed. Right in the beach!
