Though the room is a bit small, it is so comfy and clean. It is so close to the city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We would love to stay here again if we come to Vienna!

我们是来欣赏歌剧，從酒店去国家歌剧院只要幾分钟，非常方便，白天参加多瑙河遊船河，或在步行街購物後，回酒店休息，梳洗更衣軽鬆步行去歌剧院 cafe 晚饭。準時到歌剧院入座。非常方便舒适。

此酒店位置一流，就在歌劇院斜對面，步行街上。Reception 在二樓，睌上八時後無工作人員，樓上住家型，出入要用鎖匙開門。每天執房人員比較大意，例如洗頭水、沐浴液等，不會主動補充。房間內有咖啡供應，但有時漏了糖包，有時漏了奶包。

It's location is so convenient that I saved a lot of time and money on transport to the places I visited and back to the hotel. The room is clean with basic facilities all there. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Great choice for budget travel.

相当热情友好的的前台，有homestay的感觉。入住拿到的是钥匙而不是房卡。房间不大，十分温馨，能感觉到经营者的用心。设施都比较旧，但是非常干净好用，让人很有亲切感。不要管网站上面的地址门牌号码，因为根本找不到。你只要记住，地铁U4出来就看见Opera House，然后过十字路口，朝步行街入口走，入口处右边第一家是星巴克，再往里，星巴克旁边是一家souvenir shop，酒店的入口就在他们两家之间。小小的一个绿色标示贴在门上，需要按门铃，前台会给你开门。解决了找酒店门这个问题后，基本上就没有其它问题了。步行距离到达主要景点，公共交通非常便利。

Die Lage (Eingang an der Kärntner Str.) ist wirklich klasse, das war für mich Hauptauswahlkriterium. Der Treppenaufgang ist schäbig, aber nebensächlich. Es gibt vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad im Verhältnis dazu riesig. Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Das Reinigungspersonal hat sich laut schreiend unterhalten oder über Lautsprecher laut telefoniert. Da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, war das enorm störend. Sehr unangenehm war, und auch deswegen haben wir die Unterkunft bereits nach einer Nacht verlassen, dass sich die Zimmertür von innen selbstständig elektronisch verriegelt. Uns hat das ein beklemmendes Gefühl gegeben. Wir sind in ein benachbartes Hotel umgezogen, das nur unwesentlich mehr gekostet hat.

Posizione centralissima sia per gli spostamenti urbani che per lo shopping situata nella zona pedonale che collega l'opera di Vienna con la cattedrale di santo Stefano lungo un percorso pedonale. Dotata di macchina espresso Nescafe nella stanza e acqua in bottiglia disponibile nel corridoio in comune. Check-in di semplice utilizzo. Ampia stanza. Probabilmente la tipologia confort da me prenotata non affaccia sulla strada ma è molto silenziosa.

Beautifully decorated and an excellent location.

Los cuartos son grandes y está súper bien ubicado. Bajas al lobby y estás en la avenida principal y al lado de el Teatro de la Ópera. El check es facil. Lo único es que cuando entras al cuarto no huele muy bien.

Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg.

Bellissima struttura proprio di fronte all'hotel Sacher,all'inizio della Kartner Strasse.Era la seconda volta che ci tornavo,e non posso che confermare l'ottima impressione precedente: e stavolta avevamo anche la camera con vista!!!!!

All'inizio di Kärtner Strasse,proprio di fronte all'hotel Sacher, è la location ideale per girare il centro e andare a teatro.Check-in tutto automatizzato e senza chiavi, ma con istruzioni chiarissime (check-in dalle 15,check-out entro le 11 senza possibilita di lasciare i bagagli).Bella stanza e ben attrezzata,con comodo letto(forse troppo soffice per i miei gusti) ed ampio bagno, dove purtroppo la doccia dava solo acqua bollente:segnalato il problema).Comunque consigliatissimo: ci tornerò!!

The positives: A nice, spacious, quiet room in a fantastic location! The negatives: We found it impossible to communicate with the hotel. We sent several emails asking if it was possible to store luggage but got no response. It is strictly check in at 3, check out at 11.
