Not bad, I only slept there so did not part take in any other amenities

This property is located near Fort Drum making it an ideal pace to stay while visiting my daughter. It is clean and comfortable.

Very kind and helpful

Room temperature was set for very warm 74 degrees, changing the thermostat or cooling unit did nothing to reduce the room temperature.

We were in Room 202. Directly above our room was constant pounding on the floor. Starting at 5am! Sounded like someone was continally stomping. Went down to the desk and was simply told "Sorry" This went on BOTH days we were there. Obviously we were not able to sleep, and would not return.

We were looking for a pet friendly place near the base. This was perfect

My only complaint about our stay here was that the toilet bowl had not been cleaned completely. Not bad, but a bit off putting. The rest of the room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and the freshly ground coffee was a great touch.

No breakfast

It's a good place to stay when I visit my daughter, who lives a little further north. The staff has always been very helpful and kind. The rooms have always been clean. I slept well and enjoyed spending time with (and away from) my grandchildren.

The suite was very nice with a kitchen and comfortable recliner.

Room was quiet and everything was nice.

Clean room enjoyable stay

I didn’t take anything off my rating for this, but they do not serve breakfast. I did not see it listed anywhere as a perk, so I was not disappointed. Just wanting to make anyone aware. The facility is good. We’ve stayed here and at the one on Ft Drum base. The one on base was a bit better. The honor system of buying snacks from the cantina was weird. Anyone coulda taken the money I put in the unlocked drop box.
