從未試過在Hotels.com訂房後check-in時沒有房提供，一行8人簡直晴天霹靂，理由是over booking。雖然酒店為我們安排另一間酒店，但車程要半小時，根本是去了另一區。最後給予三間房，其中四人要住一間房，亦確認會安排退款。希望酒店在房間預定方面能有改善。

I was quite happy with the service in this hotel, the assistant manager was really helpful and friendly. I read some comments complaining about the breakfast and rooms condition, i guess it is not fair as we are not paying high amount of it so shouldn't expect extremely high. The breakfast was delicious just my room was a bit old but it's a village hotel, so it's much better than i expected. Btw, the pool was quite full so maybe not worth it if you have to pay extra for the entry. Anyway in general i think the hotel is good, thanks again for the Assistant Manager who helped to check me in, sorry for giving the comment a bit late, but you are excellent :)

Clean room , all

Room was ok, but lighting was poor and why do they put towels on the bed - no one needs a towel in the bedroom and it's irritating getting out of the shower and realising the towel isn't within reach! Gym is well stocked with good kit. Very busy and a bit cramped. Food in the restaurant is good but pricey. House salad with chicken £20 and very small. The football was being shown on the big screen and although the bar area didn't seem to have anyone watching, the volume was well over the top loud. The welcome staff were really very good. Very helpful and friendly. Overall it's an 'OK' hotel but could do with a few tweaks to make it better.

Room could of been better. Very basic but did the job.

Everything was lovely, clean and comfortable. Very happy with my stay.

Girl was shouting and screaming outside my room from midnight till 2am it was awful couldn’t sleep and I only stayed as I was working following day at hosp 🙈

The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast and dinners was nice too. Room was clean and bed cosy, slept well whilst there for 3 nights.

Room was fabulously clean and neat. Water good and hot. Staff were all polite and friendly. A few issues with the coffee machine at breakfast and the overall temperature of the rooms being very hot were the only downsides.

Awful

You expect a certain standard from Village Hotels, this one fell very short of that. No plugs by the beds and surly breakfast service were the stand-out points.

I only stayed last minute for one night but I enjoyed my stay here

Location was not ideal, more like an industrial estate, it was pleasent enough for the one night.
