The hotel smelled of smoke all over. Our room was super smelly, a combo of pickle/old cigarette smoke. The staff were great, but the hotel was awful.

When we arrived we found out that the pool was not available. When we got to our rooms, one had a non-working A/C and the other room had a toilet that would not flush.

The pool and hot tub were closed, it was over 90 degrees outside and our air conditioner did not work, my husband had to go to Lowes and buy a fan and it was still awful.

Easy check in, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

The parking lot is very dark and the place needs a good fix it looks very old

Check-in was fast and easy. The first room we were given had been recently renovated, however, when we opened the door it appeared someone may be in the room. The room was smoky/hazy and smelled strongly of chlorine. There was an ozone machine plugged in and running. After about 5 min in the room, my twins started coughing uncontrollably. Went down to the front desk and they gave us a new room, no problem. The second room was in the middle of being renovated, but was much more comfortable and wasn’t filled with smoke/haze. The staff was very helpful and nice. We accidentally left our toiletry bag behind and they called us immediately and arranged to send it to us. Started off rocky but ended up a nice place to stay.

We always stay here when visiting our daughter. The staff is always wonderful!

A clean place.

It was very unpleasant to expose my grandson to the smell of marijauana coming up through the vent in the bathroom. It then filtered into our room. We won't be staying at this site on future visits.

Clean and comfortable.

The room was ok. They had some electricity problems which caused an iron to burn a hole in my shirt. The manager Juliet was polite, understanding and gave us a refund to cover the cost of the shirt. Because of her we will stay at Comfort Inn again.

I liked everything except their Wifi speed! if you are on a business trip or need a decent wifi then do not include this hotel in your plans. I could not get much done on my laptop. Other than that, i loved the staff at the front desk and the room was clean
