房间确实是海景房，很惬意。游泳池很大很爽。风景非常优美。但是酒店设施较老，离繁华区域非常远，出门非常不便。适合本地人想远离喧嚣放松几天的。

Was denied access to the restaurant one night as they said it was buffet only and we wanted al a carte. No signs saying that it was buffet only. There was available tables but that was for buffet customers only. Were told we could still eat al a carte in our room. Another night served undercooked chicken and the executive chef came out to tell us that the chicken is normally pink! Well it wasn't the night before. Tried to get lunch by the pool as it was advertised on their hotel menu. Was told different answers whenever we asked someone. Had to get the manager to discuss the problem. Ended up taking 2 hours to get our food and soft drinks. The resort was avertised as having a poolbar but we weren't allowed to take drinks out by the pool. The best staff was the barman and the room cleaners.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views. Hotel was clean and quiet for a busy city like Mumbai. Looking forward to a return visit!

Be careful takes nearly 3 hours to reach hotel at traffic times!! Booked asked to cancel within 10 mins - they refused 😡

Located on Aksa Marve Beach, The Resort is good for a short holiday.

Beautiful resorts good staff but late service

The place is covered in mold and grime. They haven’t cleaned it in 10 years. We had to move rooms three times for mold in the bathrooms. Showers don’t drain properly. Mysterious dripping stains on walls and headboards. Tabletops dirty, bundles of other people’s hair on the floor, stains on the sheets. The hallway smelled like vomit for two days. The carpet is stained and musty. The stair case had dirt everywhere. The gym was covered in dandruff and hair. This place needs a health inspector visit. It was worse than the 3 star hotel we stayed in. The staff were rude and incompetent. Everything was a disgusting disappointment.

Très jolie cadre, Impossible de boîre d'alcool après 23h voir même avant..., même pas une bière, obliger d'aller dans le bar d'un autre hôtel. Pas de bar dans la chambre. Personnel très accueillant et gentil.

Adjacent to the beach, large gardens and pool. Excellent range of Indian cuisine but limited range of Western food.

The spa was amazing

Had fungus stains in our room. Was not happy with the room- apparently we had a club room

Great getaway & not too far from home. No complaints about the property & their service at all ! But it will be great if both The Resort & Retreat alongwith the locals take up the initiative to clean up the beach just like the Juhu Beach has been done.

The hallway was smelling and musty. The pool area was not cleaned the next morning. Wi-Fi access was limited only to the inside of the building, not at the pool snd other areas. The person who came to deliver food for room service, his clothes were smelly. Lights and air conditioning in common areas were turned off during day time, even if it was dark due to rains and hot.

I did not expect but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of room, breakfast area, and the check in/ out process.I will certainly stay there again.Only problem was distance from work place but that was known.Maybe the staff could be less serious and smile more.

La struttura è ben situata sulla spiaggia do Aksa Beach, in una zona tranquilla e rilassante, la struttura è pulita e ben organizzata piccola pecca attorno non ci sono attività di ristorazione e shopping.
