Very clean room with plenty of amenities. Very kind and helpful staff.

Best service we've had during 16n japan trip. Spacious room, near station and convenient store. Big bed, bathtub, dressing space.

Small room with decent decoration, just as Daiwa roynet hotels/Via inn/APA hotels. Totally different from Keio Plaza hotel in Shinjuku which is spacious & more luxury.

Great room, great location. Bad concierge service. Always give wrong information. And very unhelpful. Especially a lady behind the desk at concierge with spectacles. Not willing to help, and give false information.
