Otroligt fint och fräscht hotell samt personal som var väldigt serviceminded och hjälpsam. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet om man söker lugn och ro, men vi kände att vi saknade mer aktiviteter och restauranger att besöka i närområdet. Annars får hotellet i sig högsta betyg.

The room was breathtaking and the atmosphere of the whole resort was perfect for a vacation get away at Koh Samui, I’m really happy with the service that the Avani+ team provided and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. The amenities with the rooms were excellent, and the Avani Spa is a must try.

The staff at this property were excellent! The personal service & attentivness was exceptional! I would definitely go back to this property. Property is showing a little ware & tare, could use attention & updating in the pools ,

The hotel wasn’t a 5 start. Had to change rooms due to multiple broke pieces even after I paid for an upgrade.

Wir haben als Paar neun angenehme Nächte in diesem Resort verbracht. Das gesamte Resort, unser Zimmer und der Pool waren makellos sauber. Das Personal war unermüdlich bemüht, alles blitzblank zu halten und den Gästen eine perfekte Atmosphäre zu bieten. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war unglaublich höflich, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir sind nirgendwo auf unfreundliche Gesichter gestoßen und wurden immer herzlich begrüßt. Leider hatten wir ein Problem mit unserem Flug und hätten unseren Anschlussflug in Bangkok fast verpasst. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns jedoch mit großem Einsatz geholfen, indem es sich mit der Airline in Verbindung gesetzt hat. Wir sind ihnen für ihre Hilfe sehr dankbar. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserer Wahl dieses Resorts sehr zufrieden. Wer eine Reise nach Koh Samui plant, kann hier nichts falsch machen. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu wissen, dass das Resort ziemlich abgelegen liegt und der Strand nicht besonders einladend ist. Das Resort bietet jedoch kostenlose Shuttles zu den Stränden Lamai und Chaweng an, die einen hin und zurück bringen.

We wanted a quiet few days away from the crowds. The hotel facilitates a shuttle to the busier parts of the island for a change of pace. Can't be any more complimentary if the staff. They were outstanding.

This was a perfect quiet getaway in Koh Samui! They even decorated our room in celebration of our honeymoon! We loved the private pool, spacious room and resort overall. It was further away from things but we didn’t mind as we were looking for a peaceful secluded stay! The gym was great to have, the resort also had a movie on the beach night which was so nice, and options to explore neighbouring islands (pig island) was so much fun! Highly recommend staying here! Thank you!

Whilst the resort itself was wonderful, we had staff enter our private pool quarters unannounced on more than one occasion, leaving doors and windows open to the beach front allowing other guests to see inside etc. Hardly the kind of thing you want on a private get away with your partner. Management seemed to brush this off in subsequent emails which is unacceptable.

4 had 4 rooms for a week. Our group included a baby and and 81 year old woman. The stairs are a killer.

We loved our stay! The resort is beautiful and the staff is so kind and helpful. The amenities (gym, spa, multiple pools) were lovely, and the food was quite good with ample variety. We loved the peacefulness of the resort and surrounding area. The resort offers daily shuttles to other locations on the island, which is helpful given the remote location makes it somewhat difficult to get to other areas of the island. Something to consider if you want to be close to lots of busy action! Additionally, I agree with other reviewers that the "beach" is really just a local boat dock with frequent boat activity and occasional smells of gasoline. We still enjoyed our time relaxing, but this could be important if you're someone who wants to lay in the sand and swim in the ocean!

C’est un des très rares hôtels qui m’a surclassé en tant que membre Gold de Hôtels.com. J’ai malheureusement eu un problème à mon oreille durant mon séjour, je remercie le service de la réception d’avoir régulièrement pris de mes nouvelles. Dommage que tous les hôtels proposés par Hôtels.com ne soient pas tous de cette qualité là et respecte la charte Hôtel.com.

Excellent experience. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They always made sure we felt at home and had what we needed. The resort itself is stunning. The rooms were gorgeous, and always very well kept by room service. The pools were always clean, and so was the beach infront. The restaurant was amazing, every meal was incredible. We cannot recommend the breakfast buffet enough! So so many options, and everything was so good. The only thing I would note is that the resort is not located in any major city. If you wanted the “city experience” it would take at least 35-45 minutes from the resort to get that. We loved it because it meant peace and quiet were we where, and free transportation is provided daily to Chewang and Lamui. The beach itself was not high enough to swim in while we were there, but with pools right there is was not a problem. Chewang also has a stunning beach. Overall, highly recommend!
