Good room amenities.

Great big room and nice hotel lobby!!!

I HAVE BEEN VISITING THIS HOTEL SINCE OPENING. I REALLY FEEL LIKE HOME. I WILL COME BACK ALWAYS, AND THE MAIN REASON IS MY GOOD FIREND ADAM, WHAT A GREAT SERVICE PERSON!!

I was here for a business trip and was told this was the nicest hotel in the area. The location was convenient, food wasn’t bad, and it was overall a decent experience. Initially, our room smelled like a smoking room so we asked to change and they gladly and quickly changed for us. Service here was fine and I don’t have many complaints. There are some food options down the street that were not bad.

Room are great, soundproofing needed to be improve as we still able to hear sound from outside

The check deals doesn’t have anyone who speaks English. I had ask a friend to help out. Almost no one speaks dangling at the hotel. Room service order was wrong and they didn’t understand what I wanted. I could go on, but it’s pointless. The hotel is extremely beautiful and the facilities are amazing, but the service is poor. The rooms could do with better cleaning specially carpets and toilet seats.

Big nice room a but some have really weird design like having the sink facing the river. Still nice rooms!

Love love love. Thank you for upgrading my room. VIP rounge was very convenient. I stayed in the corner suite. I loved the bathtub with great view but, bedroom layout wasn’t my favorite

5 star hotel with good service and a stone throw to the zoo in panyu

luxurious hotel location somewhat outside of city. Higher end residential district, safely walk able it seems. very good service, various food sources local and international

The wifi n tv in the bathroom doesnt really work. Staffs are really polite n nice, also has free shuttle bus to water park

Although the staff was great and the rooms beautiful, the in-house restaurants were limited as was the neighborhood... It was a nice neighborhood but not a lot going on. Were there a bar or western restaurant (other than the lobby) in the hotel, we wouldn't have noticed the lacking neighborhood.

Very spacious room, clean neat and new. Hotel breakfast has a wide selection, absolutely worth trying.

Unfortunately, people are working there, can't speak English at all. Very hard to communicate. Other than that there were ok.

One of the better choice in the Panyu area

HUGE room, i mean HUGE. Comfortable, Tidy, Amazing grounds, Good buffet dinner, Very helpful staff, Free shuttle service to Chimelong Parks, Fantastic pool, Would visit again.

The room is nothing like the photos- photo's show that it looks good and new but it's old and there is dust everywhere

The only complain i have is that the staff should speak real english.

Everything was perfect. Room, room service, attention. There is a shuttle to canton fair that us always on time.

Nice hotel, clean, but kind of in middle of nowhere, taxi ride is needed to get to attractions
