Staff was able to put my chocolate Labrador retriever and me in a room next to the stairway for ease of entering and exiting the building. I appreciated the accommodation on their part.

I just wish we were able to stay longer because this hotel is very nice. We were just passing through but appreciated that we could purchase a light dinner from the "store" when we arrived late in the evening too tired to find a place to eat.

I enjoy Hilton properties and the staff was great but the bed was rather firm for my taste.

When we arrived late after driving 14 hrs our room was given away so we were sent to another hotel

Couldn’t connect to stations on tv menu very well. In room coffee didn’t have 2 pods that were caffeinated. There was no creamer or sugar.

Fantastic customer service upon check in and throughout the stay. Extra bonus to have the ridge canyon walking path directly behind us! It was perfect for a quick regroup with me and my 2 dogs after camping for a week!

I loved how easy check in was. I also love how the front desk agent gave me an option when it came to which floor I wanted. Loved how nice the hotel was

Hotel room and bathroom needs a remodel. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. We have always stayed here for our travels and will not stay here again.

Great stay.

This property is 20-30 years old and so are the rooms. They gave me a handicap room for $250 per night when I didn't order one. The bed was old and lumpy. The breakfast was horrible - bacon was extra, they were out of eggs, sausage and potatoes (and I mean empty), checkout was ridiculous and I prepaid, etc. The lobby area has been remodeled. There were plenty of electrical outlets, spacious handicap bathroom, but old, old, old. It is NOT worth the money!

Great place to stay.

The bedroom window shade and curtains did not close the lights from outside shown in the room Albright. Also the shower wasn’t good, the bathtub had safety bars but the bottom was very slippery. Had to lay towels down.

The staff was great. They really “clicked” with our group.

I understood or thought that breakfast was included with my room. Was booked wed. night thru fri. night, didn't have time to eat breakfast here on thursday or friday morning. Saturday morning had the time to eat breakfast only to see a sign stating buffet was $14, asked the desk person about it and was told that had to pay for breakfast. Is that right?
