this is the hotel I returned back to stay in second times make me relax when I stay here the room this very nice more space and quiet I will return back to stay here in the future again I hope can have special prices for my third time here 😊

โทรไปถามทางโรงแรมว่าเรือออกกี่โมง โรงแรมบอกว่าบ่ายสามห้ามเลทเพราะเรือออกตรงเวลา เราไปรอประมาณบ่ายสองครึ่ง สรุปเรือออกบ่ายสามครึ่ง เรือไปส่งลูกค้าที่โรงแรมไร่เลย์เบย์ก่อน และให้คนที่พักไร่เลย์ปริ้นเซส รอในเรือก่อน ทางโรงแรมไม่ได้ประสานงานกับคนเรือว่าให้มาส่งที่ปริ้นเซส เรือเลยมาส่งที่ท่าเรืออีกครั้ง และวนกลับไปโรงแรมอีกรอบ ทำให้เสียเวลาเกือบสองชั่วโมง ได้เข้าไปพูดคุยกับทางโรงแรมในส่วนนี้ แต่โรงแรมไม่ได้รับผิดชอบใดๆเลยทั้งสิ้น บอกแค่ว่าขากลับเรือจะออกตรงเวลา เที่ยงตรง สรุปเรือออกเที่ยงครึ่ง และอาหารเช้าแทบไม่มีอะไรให้กิน เป็นโรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยเจอมา

พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารัก พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักมาก มาส่งที่ห้อง พนักงานพูดอังกฤษดี ถือว่าเป็นคนไทยส่วนน้อยที่มา แต่พนักงานให้ความสะดวกดีมาก น้องมาช่วยย้ายห้อง คือห้องเราแอร์เสีย อัพเกรดห้องไห้ อาหารเช้าเยอะและอร่อย บรรยากาศดี สะอาด โดยรวมชอบทุกอย่าง ไว้จะมาอีกแน่นอน แฟนชอบอาหารเช้ามีทั้งฝรั่งและอาหารไทยคะ

The room looks better than its shown in pictures. There was a garden right in front of my balcony, sometimes I met unharm monkey and reptiles walking passed by. The restaurant food and breakfast make sure u dont miss it, never expected it tastes that good especially for the duck cooked with lemon I ordered. The island is separated with downtown, it's so peaceful and I can hardly hear a motor or machine sound besides a bird and other animals sound, just perfect. Would definitely come here again.

also clean. i'm glad to stay here ❤ if you lucky you can see monkey coming around the hotel but be careful don't let them in into your room or they will empty the refrigerator and you have to pay it 😂😂

nice swimming pools especially garden site, comfortable rooms, excellent, helpful and friendly service people, the hotel is excellently located. We accept that construction to some extend is necessary but the construction place especially when it is near to the rooms should be held properly which was absolutely not the case.

Beautiful place, hotel, people and facilities. It is very easy to find the hotel and locate in the very good location of Railey beach. Definitely come back
