Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Glück den letzten freien Parkplatz zu bekommen. Der Zugang zum Hotel ust mit Gepäck leider ziemlich beschwerlich, da man zunächst einige Stufen nach jntenn gehen muss. Die Zimmer sind mit Schrankbetten ausgestattet, in unserem Zimmer funktionierten das Licht und die Klimaanlage nicht. Wir wurden umgebucht und hatten dann statt des King-Betts zwei Queen-Betten.

Really nice hotel and clean. Perhaps the parking is way too small and it is complicated to find a parking space near the hotel.

Centrally located, near shops and restaurants. The entrance lacked clear signage, we were not sure until we walked down the stairs that we had the right place. No ramp to reception made moving our suitcases difficult.

Hôtel bien localisé dans le centre-ville, sur la rue Racine. Belle vue sur le Saguenay et la ville. Stationnement facilement accessible et gratuit, avec l'Hôtel

Four nights. Decent. Lots of restaurants nearby. EV charging onsite. The beds were fine…not sure I would want that again but they were fine. Good coffee in the lobby.

Les lits qui se montent dans le mur, c’est vraiment génial! On se retrouve avec un grand divan et une grande table. L’endroit était beau et propre avec une belle vue sur la ville!

Les lits sont des lits escamotables. Il peut être difficile d'y monter ou d'en descendre, mais ils sont confortables.

Bel environnement, bien situé. Téléviseur non fonctionnel, demande faite au personnel sans retour. Machine à glace hors fonction. Service au déjeuner très mauvais. Manque d’organisation flagrant.
