The first morning we were really shocked by the hotel’s fire alarm at 6:30 am

A very good location for a short visit to Bratislava. you can walk to all famous sights on foot and its literally next to a big shopping mall. the staff are all very nice and helpful, we are considered it as a good place to stay again.

Exceptional stay – my go-to hotel in Bratislava I had another amazing stay at the Sheraton Bratislava. Every time I travel to Bratislava, this is my preferred hotel, and it never disappoints. The rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home right away. The hotel offers a great fitness center and a beautiful spa, which is perfect for relaxing or staying on routine while traveling. The breakfast is excellent with a wonderful selection, and the lobby bar is a hidden gem—the food there is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bratislava. Consistently outstanding service, comfort, and overall experience.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Sheraton Bratislava und und wir waren beim Check in schon sehr positiv überrascht von der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Wir bekammen ein Upgrade, ein Zimmer im dritten Stock im Eck, welches wirklich sehr schön war. Leider mussten wir sofort feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage also die Heizung nicht funktioniert hat und das haben wir gemeldet. Sofort kam ein Techniker, der leider festgestellt hat, dass es nicht sofort reparabel war, weil etwas größeres kaputt war. Er hat das an die Rezeption weitergeleitet. Wir bekamen sofort eine ein weiteres Upgrade eines Suite im ersten Stock. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben wirklich sehr professionell und freundlich und Kundenorientiert gehandelt. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich. Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer waren wir sehr überrascht. Wie riesig diese Suite war ein riesiger Gang, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer und ein großes Schlafzimmer. Dazu noch ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, eigentlich alles in allen viel zu viel das konnten wir gar nicht nutzen aber es war trotzdem einmal schön das zu erleben. Auch die Bettwäsche hat unsere Wünsche erfüllt und war antiallergisch. Die Handtücher im Bad waren weiß und hatten eine sehr gute Qualität und das Bad war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Einziges minus war ein Haar, dass wir im Bad gefunden haben unter dem Glas für die Zahnbürste. Das geht natürlich überhaupt nicht.Absolute Hammer war das Frühstück. Wir wollen uns herzlich bedanken bei einer Frau Maya vom Frü

Chambre trés bien. Personnel tres bien. Resraurant du soir : moyen voir nul...plats froids ..tres longue attente...peu de monde pourtant.
