A great place with beautiful rooms, pleasant staff, and awesome dining. Located right in the middle of town and walkable to shops.

Perfection!

This hotel has so much historic charm and is located is quaint downtown. Would definitely stay again

Plenty of character Great adjoining restaurant and bar

Hotel is old, hot and smells bad. Had water leak streaks down the wall with mold all over. The first room was hotter than the second and was very humid and water stains all over the walls and down the wall below a/c register. Staff was very friendly and super nice though. Not there fault for the bad conditions of the hotel.

The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again.

It is a beautiful historical site. Not sure where the very strong, musty odor was coming from in our room. The clerk gave us a room price and opened the window. We went to a nearby establishment and when we came back, it still smelled. We used one of the plug-in air fresheners from the hallway in our room which helped

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Staff was excellent. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. A very special place to stay.

Very nice and cosy hotel

The only improvement I would recommend is having mini fridges in the rooms, other than that the stay was excellent.

Everything was nice except absolutely no amenities in the room or hotel i had to eat my food cold

Friendly staff and a nice boutique hotel which has been restored nicely. Bar downstairs was awesome.

An independent hotel - not part of a chain and it's an excellent find. Parking can be an issue but they're helpful with parking location suggestions - as well as restaurant suggestions. I'll stay here when I'm in that part of Texas again.
