The cleanliness was astonishing. The floors were always kept impeccable. The shower, the room, and the towels and bedding were kept clean without too much damage to the environment. The only thing we missed was a rack to dry towels and bathing suits.

An amazing stay and lovely staff would come again

Rustig hotel in drukke restaurant buurt, zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Kleine kamer, maar net en alle voorzieningen. Afgesloten parking voor een schappelijke prijs.

I really enjoyed my stay. Rooftop bar is amazing, great views from my roll on the 11th floor, conveniently located.

The property had parking but had to pay 8€ a day. We liked that the property was quiet bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The cleaner, Sandra was excellent. We stayed half board and the food quality, choice was excellent. We weren’t so impressed with the size of bedroom or bathroom. The junior suite was an odd shape and seemed dark and oppressive. Some staff were good but others had no idea of friendliness or good service.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast, nice outside area, great rooftop bar and the most caring hotel manager i have experienced in my whole life. I got an allergy reaction due to sun and i got personal calls, emails and a goodbye note to check during my whole stay if i was comfortabe and if there was anything the hotel could assist me with. Would highly recommend and return again!

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit schöner Dachterasse und nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie viele Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt: Buffet am Abend sehr kleingehalten mit wenig Auswahl. Da es aber genügend Restaurants gab in der Nähe war es kein Problem.

Close to amenities and local transport. Excellent roof terrace for fabulous panoramic views. Good choice of food and refreshments.

Although our room was a little smaller than anticipated, the views from the balconies may up for it! The staff are friendly, and very accommodating. Stay here and enjoy a wonderful Madeira experience!
