Had an absolutely amazing time at hotel Windsor, the staff were super helpful from check in to the bar staff. Breakfast and Lunch was delicious. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Bij aankomst stond een vriendelijke dame ons op te wachten voor de ckeck-in. Deze bevond zich aan een bureau, waardoor gezellig voor de dame zit. Op het einde van de ckeck-in bezorgde de dame ons nog een plannetje over Tossa waar ze ook meteen wat aanbevelingen op noteerde. De kamer was ruim en rustgevend ingericht. Ook was er een fles water op de kamer en een frigo. 'S morgens geniet je van een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet waarbij je ook de gelegenheid had om aan een tafeltje buiten te zitten met zicht op het zwembad. De check-out was pas om 12u wat super handig is als je wat wil uitslapen en nog rustig alles terug moet inpakken. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en iedereen is super vriendelijk.

Hôtel globalement correct et propre, mais il ne faut pas forcément se fier aux commentaires parfois un peu trop élogieux et surévalués. Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié et assez complet. Les viennoiseries, notamment celles aux graines, sont très bonnes et originales. En revanche, l’aspect “frais” est un peu survendu : les jus detox (au moins orange/gingembre) ainsi que les jus classiques sont clairement des produits industriels à base de concentré plutôt que de vrais jus frais. La piscine est jolie et propre, mais elle n’est malheureusement pas chauffée. Le personnel est souriant, poli et cordial. Cependant, ils ne trouvent pas toujours de solution aux demandes et il arrive qu’on doive attendre pendant qu’ils terminent leurs discussions entre collègues. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Petit point décevant : l’absence de machine à café ou de bouilloire dans toutes les chambres. Attention également aux chambres côté rue au premier étage, qui sont très bruyantes à cause d’un bar situé juste à proximité et ouvert tard le soir. En résumé, c’est un hôtel tout à fait convenable pour un long week-end, mais clairement un peu surévalué par rapport à certains avis. Il était aussi légèrement plus cher que d’autres hôtels 3 étoiles de la ville, alors que certains hôtels 4 étoiles aux alentours proposent parfois davantage de services pour un tarif similaire, voire inférieur. Je recommande malgré tout, mais avec des attentes réalistes.

The pool area was beautiful. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold to swim but we sat outside by the pool area. A nice outdoor bar area and comfortable indoor lounge. Parking options there are minimal so we had to park on the town streets. During the busy season it would be difficult to find parking close to the hotel but the town is small thankfully. A beautiful town with lots to do there. Recommend taking the boat trip along the local coves. We took it one way and hiked back along the beautiful seaside cliffs. Staff was super helpful with maps and information.

Excellent stay!! Attendants were amazing and helpful from offering activity/restaurant recommendations, assisting with making a dinner reservation since we had phone troubles, to coordinating ride transfer to Girona bus stop.. central location. Breakfast buffet was clean and offered diverse tasty options. Highly recommend this hotel! Very helpful.

Wonderful stay at the Windsor Tossa! The hotel is ideally situated - close to sites, shopping and restaurants. The pool area is a little oasis when you tire of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of food. My daughter is gluten-free and staff went out of their way to ensure there was gluten-free rolls and muffins ready for her each morning!

This was our second stay at The Windsor in Tossa de Mar, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The hospitality here is truly special Tamara at the front desk made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, Christian, Rosa, and Stevie were all amazing throughout our stay. If you’re lucky enough to visit when they have live music, you’re in for a treat Stevie has an absolutely beautiful voice that made our evenings unforgettable. The included breakfast is fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from each morning. It’s the perfect way to start your day in such a charming place. We left with wonderful memories and, God willing, we will definitely be returning very soon. Highly recommend!
