Excellent hotel. Room, staff, food...... everything is perfect!

Room was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Fantastic breakfast and perfect location. Would have been nice to know they were under construction and remodeling before arriving. Also, a check-in was not told anything about the property so the staff could be a little bit more proactive and welcoming to the property with more information for guest.

Our stay at the Parador de Santiago de Compostela was a remarkable beginning to our Camino journey—an experience that feels less like a hotel stay and more like inhabiting a living piece of history. The building itself is extraordinary, with centuries of architectural detail woven into every corridor and courtyard, yet the rooms are spacious, quiet, and exceptionally comfortable. What stood out most to us, beyond the beauty and scale of the property, was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. In particular, we were deeply appreciative of the team’s help in securely storing our luggage while we set out on the Camino Fisterra. This seemingly simple service made a meaningful difference in allowing us to begin the walk unencumbered and with peace of mind. There is something uniquely fitting about starting a pilgrimage from a place that has welcomed travelers for generations. The Parador carries that legacy with grace—combining history, comfort, and thoughtful service in a way that feels both timeless and genuinely warm.

Terrible ruido en la habitación del piso de arriba

Hotel em reforma, me parece que termina em 2030 se não me engano, quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários educados, café da manhã nota 8, restaurante pedí o bacalhau e não gostei, meio cru, com casca e enfim, um prato simples, não pediria novamente em uma próxima hospedagem.

The wood floor in the room was absolutely filthy.Walked across the floor in bare feet,and by the time I got from the shower to the bed the soles of my feet were black with dirt. They obviously vacuum, but they definitely don’t mop the floor. Furniture is really worn out with all three chairs being incredibly uncomfortable.I had to go to the lobby to read(very nice lobby). I’ve stayed in a few other Paradors,and really enjoyed them.Unfortunately this one is not up to those standards. While I was there I looked at a few other hotels close to the Cathedral.They were much nicer and less than half the price.

Excelente habitación, desayuno bufet incluido excelente, trato amable y gentil. Recomendable. Sus jardines y ambiente en general son una experiencia pacificadora.

Excelente hotel, instalaciones, ubicación y atención del personal Única observacion, las camas individuales no son muy cómodas para ir en pareja., por lo demas, perfecto.

La habitación estaba limpia e impecable. El piso sonaba un poco al ser de madera. Pero los alrededores del hotel estaban impecables.

部屋がとても静かでゆっくりできました。贅沢なベッドも古い調度品も目の保養になりました。特に朝食が素晴らしい。果物、生ハム、トマト、アボガドなどビタミン不足もなく日本にいる時より身体の調子がよくなりました。
