Feels great from check in service. They gave a us a room that can see the old town. Quick access to the old town from behind the hotel. Parking is free and within hotel secure premises.

Um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei em termos de conforto e bons serviços. Quarto confortável e com excelente custo-benefício. Café da manhã excelente e só faltou uma Nutella. :)

A spacious and comfortable room, easy onsite parking. The cafeteria staff were very helpful when I arrived just as they were closing, good service!

Adoro a rede parador. Esse hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa da cidade antiga de Salamanca. O hotel é perfeito. Café da manhã delicioso, só errei de ficar uma noite. Estacionamento grátis para quem está de carro. Todos os hotéis da Europa agora tem sabonete líquido, mas nenhum chega aos pés da qualidade e cheiro maravilhoso da rede parador.

Clean and well posoyio

Strangely no hot drink making facilities in our room. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not in use - we may have been to early in the season ( late May) Breakfast: more coffee machines required or openly offer cafeteria’s at the table. Utensils at the serving tables rather than bamboo tongs at your table. The food was delicious and staff were lovely.

Cleanliness, spacious rooms and a great view. On the other hand I am not happy with their cancellation policy.
