住宿環境很好，停車便利，風景不錯

酒店位置非常好，在老城区外的山坡上正对老城，很好的欣赏教堂和城堡，尤其早晨日出正对教堂非常漂亮，早餐也很丰盛，住宿条件非常好

It’s a nice place. The view is fantastic. The restaurant for breakfast is big and comfort. It is leisure to have a breakfast more than one hour if you have time. Furthermore, free parking is convenient to us.

停車免費；櫃檯人員非常親切；房間寬敞、飯店位置非常好；早餐豐富、用餐環境舒服，值得推薦，願意再入住。

good location with beautiful view of the city

著名的古堡酒店之一，位置在塞哥維亞城外山上，適合自驾的人入住，有免费停車場。房間大小適中，有小陽台，室外有游泳池，若夏天來應該更棒，可以遠挑塞哥維亞城堡!

有露台的房間景色優美，大廳擺設有種溫馨感，但房間有些地方有點陳舊，若沒有開車則不易到達這間飯店。

Beautiful and big hotel. Nice balcony. Amazing views from everywhere. Easy parking. Good restaurant. Bed and pillows were not super comfortable however. High class. Not too far from city center.

Hotel espaçoso, com ótimo cenário. Estava com carro e foi ótimo.

This parador is a lie away from the centre. It has amply free parking and the rooms have an amazing view of Segovia. There’s a decent restaurant on site. It’s a fair hike into town so you’re either cabbing or driving; there’s plenty of paid parking in the underground lot near the Aqueduct. My only quibble is that given the onsite café only opens from around 11.00 or later, it would be nice to have a coffee machine/kettle in the room.

The hotel, the location, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff was fantastic! I just wish that the swimming pool outdoors and indoors were open all day long.

Amazing location up above the town with great views of the churches and aqueduct. Parador very busy so we couldn’t eat in the restaurant until late. Better to book ahead

The bed was very hard, shower was very average, in general the room was long overdue a refurbish

Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable.Sólo estuvimos una noche pero :las vistas inmejorables ,la habitación confortable,la piscina recomendable y el personal muy profesional. El regalo del libro para el niño, de paradores,un detallazo.

The restaurant leaves much to be desired. My steak was on the tough side and at least 1/3 was fat. As far as the breakfast buffet, that was even worse. The place was understaffed, you literally have to get up and chase down a waiter to order your eggs which once they arrive are stone cold. The bread products everyday are stale, dry and tough In short the hotel’s gastronomy is very disappointing experience right down to the wobbly, useless bamboo prongs at the breakfast buffet.

Todo perfecto, si tengo que poner un pero es por la variedad del desayuno que era bastante limitada en variedad pero no es un problema tampoco solo una apreciación

Staff outstanding. No AC but they provided me with a fan. Food exceptional. Only criticism is no tea or coffee making facilities for the morning and we had a long drive to Santander and didn’t want to stop for breakfast. Waiters and reception staff were fabulous. Sort out tea facilities and it will be perfect.
