Room was cleaned every day. Rooms were immaculate and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel in beautiful location overlooking the bay. Delightful gardens with a fabulous pool area. Lovely spacious room with an amazing view.

The room was gorgeous, with a ceiling fan, and the entire parador was beautiful, with secluded seating areas enhanced by antique furniture and paintings. The parador is perfectly situated, overlooking the bay and giving a view of glorious sunsets. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Le style de l'hotel. La chambre spacieuse. Le personnels de l'accueil tres sympathiques. Le service du dîner est trop long (nous avons pris le dîner en supplément par rapport a notre réservation)

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Beautiful building in a lovely position although the walk back from the town seemed steeper and longer each time we did it. Really enjoyed the breakfasts.

The obly draw back was the smell of mildue in our room. Other then that, the place was amazing, food was great, view was magic!

A beautiful hotel and grounds offering an authentic, local experience, the rooms, restaurant and food were all of a high standard. The menu choices and food quality and presentation were particularly good and very enjoyable. It was lovely to be able to make use of the swimming pool and the location offered amazing views out to sea as well as panoramic views of San Sebastián. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A walk-in shower would have been preferable to one over the bath as water tended to go everywhere!

A stunning location very courteous and helpful staff. The swimming pool is beautiful and the views breath taking . Our room was a sea view one and was excellent . I will be back !
