We have reserved 4 superior twin rooms in order to watch the beautiful panoramic view of Toledo Town. But the location of our rooms to watch the view of Toledo is not so good. So it’s a pitty for us.

Nice view of Toledo. The food is delicious and service in the restaurant is also quite nice. The staff is efficient and diligent to respond all customer's requests. We had a good time during the stay.

Good hotel, we have wonderful trip for one night stying this hotel, I will reserve again if have chance.

作为国营古堡酒店，硬件设施和服务无可挑剔，景观也很好，但所在地点离老城有4公里，需打的前往。酒店的晚餐非常难吃，而周边也无餐厅可选。建议订房时只订早餐，晚餐自行解决。

從飯店遠望Toledo古城，真的是無敵美景！有階梯，所以搬移較大行李箱時，要注意。櫃檯與餐廳的服務人員都很和善親切。沒有熱水壺，所以要喝水的話，請跟餐廳要，他們會給一壺。早餐一面欣賞窗外美景，一面用餐，很是享受。天氣好時，可用走的方式進古城，可一邊欣賞 Rio Tajo與山景，慢慢走，一邊拍照的話，大約30-45分鐘，可進到城裡，若不想走路，也沒開車，那麼可搭公車或請飯店幫忙叫計程車。都很方便。

One female receptionist was quite rude. I lost something quite valuable and was going to ask her whether it turned up in the lost and found. Although she was not with any other customer, she refused to help. She cut me out straight after I said “Excuse me…” and it was not like she could not speak English. She referred us to her colleague , who was clearly busy with our check-out process, in English. I was already quite anxious that I lost my thing and to be treated this way is really uncalled for. She could not even have shown the courtesy of letting me finish my sentence. I have traveled a bit and never have I been treated this way by any hotel receptionist, let alone one would have expected a better service from a 4-Starred hotel receptionist. Highly disappointed! 遇到了一位非常不友善的櫃檯人員。我掉了一樣還挺珍貴的東西 所以想向她問說是否有人撿到。即使當時她並未在服務其他客人，她非常不耐煩地打斷我的詢問要我直接找她身旁的同事 (這位同事正忙著幫我們Check-out電腦Keyin找錢印收據等)。這不太像一個4星級飯店櫃檯人員應有的態度。
